| My knowledge often "pops up" too late... like I witnessed the introduction of the RS6 in Autokampioen magazine june 2002, so I knew it can't be older than 2002. Sorry about the inconvenience. (The photography in this magazine is brilliant!) My question remains, why this beauty is filed as the 2003 RS6, instead of the 2002 RS6...? | |

| I´m sorry, but that web is so wrong, the "2001 A6" is in fact an B6 Audi A4, so this is correct. | |
| These are the original taillights of the C5 generation (1998): youraudicars.blogspot.com/2008/08/1998-audi-a6.html In 2001 the rear lights were re-styled: www.carfolio.com/specifications/models/car/?car=97449 So this Audi RS6 is older than 2001. |
