Cut content mainly refers to content that was in open beta/soft launch, or shown in trailers but never made it into the final release.In other words, cut content that was shown publicly or accessible at some point. With the means you can within the game. However under special circumstances you may use images from other sources. Try to avoid using images from wikis though.
