Everything else was purely of Western origin. Not that some trabants or wartburgs would not have been imported at all, but there were very few of them, let’s say. Yugo is generally exotic, I think there are a few of them all over the country. If this is happening in Siberia, and they needed some kind of old abandoned car by all means of non-Soviet origin, then a Datsun or Toyota would have more meaning. | |
