I can see it quite clearly is a caricaturesque Nissan Silvia S15.

That seems to me like a McLaren F1 front

Playerunknown's Battlegrounds (2017)
The front looks somewhat like a Tesla Model 3.
The rear seems inspired on an Audi S7 or S4 from around 2010.

Cyberpunk 2077 (2020)
I have played over 90h of this game and I have never seen this car, I guess is a beta, but from what I can see, the front pretty accuratelly resembles the Nissan R34 sedan.

As for the rear, I don't thik there's a doubt, it has to be a Mercury Grand Marquis from 1998.

Cyberpunk 2077 (2020)
Althought the "main" name of the car was changed I like to think that it might have taken some inspiration from Honda, so I think the Honda HP-X prototype is a nice fit for this one, but yeah, I agree that it's mostly a Testarossa.
Also, as a nice piece of trivia, both of this cars were designed by Pininfarina.

Mercedes-Benz IAA Concept

Cyberpunk 2077 (2020)
I think most of it is taken from the Genesis Sedan Concept (www.multivu.com/players/English/7506054-hyundai-genesis-hybrid-sports-sedan-nyias) and the Nissan IMs EC Sport Sedan Concept (www.topspeed.com/cars/car-news/will-futuristic-nissan-ims-ec-sport-sedan-concept-save-sedans-ar184205.html).
But for the front end, any modern european luxury sedan could fit, the Peugeot 508, DS 9, and some other Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
As for the rear end, I had a hard time finding anything like it, but I think it could be inspired in the Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo (www.motorpasion.com/mercedes/mercedes-benz-amg-vision-gran-turismo).
