No, unfortunately Blur 2 was cancelled due to low sales of the first game, when Activision decided to close down the Bizarre Creations team in 2011.

Craptivision making crap decisions, only a playable Blur 2 prototype remains in the internet.

Why does it matter? This ain't a "Game Police" is it? It's simply a place to see what vehicles are in (put title here) game/games. I see numerous ripped files used in other games, NFS games get their cars ripped alot and used in mobile games to name a few. As a modder I believe in share-share alike, It's when a game maker rips files from another game and then tries to sell a game I'd take issue as those files belong to the game they ripped them from and they would have control over wether or not they can be used for profit.

As this is simply a place to see what vehicles are in games I don't feel it's our issue to take up here though.

The main problem its rip from a another game from another company.

You can still use them, race them etc.
The only cars that were cut were the Villain Wheels and MP4X

They are playable only if the player had these cars before deletion update came out, like the Villain Wheels, its impossible to get these cars in the last version.
