Grand Theft Auto V (2013)
There is nothing to bother me about that car. It's clearly Kaiser-Jeep M-715 (similar to one depicted in Point Break for example). What's more people are speculating that this car may be called Bodhi (because that was name of one characters from Point Break), but this is not really confirmed.

You know that for questions like that everybody could use Wikipedia, so it wouldn't help much. If we're talking seiously about IQ test, we could make one with three question (what car is it - show some car and some MFG), what type of body this car has (show some coupe/convertible/wagon, etc.)
Made for Game Limousine

Grand Theft Auto 2 (1999)
Probably MFG. It's three axled limousine after all.

Who did change the name to Scarab? It's clearly BMW/ISO Isetta.

Truth is we don't know for sure if it's in fact Pacemaker model. With picture blurry as this one it is hard to see the details making it Pacemaker.
And if you are use IMCDB as a reference know that this truck is listed both as Pacemaker and standard 352.
