Xenotime wrote Mercury Cyclone Spoiler II or Ford Torino Talladega. I can't believe you guys forgot those two and kept rambling about AMC Ramblers. And we have winner! I feel embarrased about forgeting these two...
Xenotime wrote Well, in Mad Max universe this is good shape. Oh, I see - mint condition / found in an air conditioned garage
sajmon14 wrote mask? You mean hood I think Nope, I meant grille/mask with headlights
Rinspeed wrote you had an example? This is in fact trolley bus. I saw another Škoda 14Tr, and it is possible that they are more, but I dont know them. This game have a lot of trolley buses.
Rinspeed, do you think it would be possible to add trolley buses category? Because they are quite different from normal buses. In case that French people dont know trolley buses it is a some sort of bus, that havent got petrol engine, but instead it have trolleys on roof (like tram). It is better than tramway (trust me, 10 months of 2x per day driving tram to school and back makes me a good person to jugde), because it can go around possible obstacles (but it must still touch electric lines that are over it), like car with destroyed front axle, which resulted in 20 minutes delay (true story).
If I dont look at the front (it is Gabesters fantasion, because it isnt possible that nobody find it yet), I see again mid 60s Toyota Corona. Rear is obvious Toyota Corona / Fiat 124 / Lada 2103/2106, but with combination of japanese mirrors on fenders (I didnt understand it why are on fenders anyways, maybe to get rid of dead angle), Corona is only solution for me.
speedfreak975 wrote My previous assumption was made on the front pic only, the back looks like BMW . But what is the fascia based on Rough guess: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8a/Toyota-Cressida.JPG
speedfreak975 wrote This kinda looks like the oceanic from GTASA Which is incorrectly listed as Dodge 880. This looks more like 880 than anything with with 4 wheels and doors for me. Gabester was suprised, when somebody told him that mask looks rile AMC/Rambler Rebel one. He did without knowing it perfect mask of Rambler.
AMC Marlin, what a beauty! I heard that it was inspired by never seen Chrysler Norseman concept, who sank in Atlantic ocean, when it was going to some US presentation. This is quite square to be a Marlin, sadly. Cabin shape is similar to first Charger, front (with some imagination looks like Charged with lights turned on and back... I dont know. Either Barracuda or Charger had line of lights across whole rear, and Marlin lights are different from these.
Carini89 wrote Oh, so I got confused by newer genreration! I agree on older E23, but lets list it as BMW 7, it is listed as it on this site more often.
Xenotime wrote What do you mean by "bad shape"? It kinda feels like I missed something. Like all rusted out, without lights etc.
Second BMW 7. It was build between 1986-1994 (if I correctly remember). EDIT: I remembered that rear was really similar, but after googling it I am not too sure... -- Last edit: 2015-08-23 22:12:46
Agreed. But it looks quite weird that precious R-R is running in such a bad shape in post-apocalyptic Australia. They were good on running with bad gas (next to Lada, which runs with 76 octane vodka), so that is an advantage. I heard they did engines with very low compression ratio that nobody in the biggest armpit of UK colonies can laugh when it wont run it on their gas.
I will borrow keys from my sis, or we will jumpstart it!

Rinspeed wrote sorry but i don't remember for Hummer, if you had post a comment before, i had approved them I will do it again right after I will manage to run Zoo Tycoon 2.
speedfreak975 wrote JFK!!! You started commenting again. It definatly looks like it. Those 11 days were like eternity.
Rear more or less fits to late 40s Caddy, but Pontiac Chieftan is better as a whole car. I am editing Burnside as Pontiac.
Okay, that is it, I quit for good. If friggin bumper is smaller clue than two missing exuhaust, then it can be even Yugo GV. I am not anymore contributing new games, I am tired of "last guess is right guess so everyone joins to it" and I am tired of everyone is making idiot out of me. I will fall on my keyboard to do new password and forget it. Bye.
Looks quite similar to 1978 Ford Fairmont Futura "Wrecker" from 1nsane
Nah - look at the shape of front mask of Corona and Skyline. Rear looks like Lada "Zhiguli", so that means it look like Corona rear aswell, because these two have very similar rear end.
2015 model. | ||
1969 Camaro | ||
Suprisingly, this is not a Corvette, but some Corvette custom car, which vmax is, according to some people over 400 km/h. EDIT: 1988 Callaway Corvette Sledgehammer -- Last edit: 2015-08-12 15:52:13
This might be Plymouth Duster EDIT: after uploading rear pic - yes, this is Duster indeed. -- Last edit: 2015-08-12 15:53:27
Plymouth Barracuda/Cuda or whatever is this variant called.
Pontiac GTO 1968 or younger
vocal95 wrote When the first GTA V trailer was reveiled, some cars were listed along with their fictional names, even though no one was sure if that's how they're really called. Some assumptions were correct (like the Imponte Phoenix) some not (Baller was listed as 'Vapid Huntley' and Surfer was listed as 'Camper'). Anyway, as the car is based on Chevrolet Corvette, I think that we can temporarily list it as 'Shubert Frigate' and if it turns out that's not the real name, change it after the release. Well, that is interesting, I didnt payed much attention to GTA V for a long time (because I wanted to be suprised), so I didnt really payed attention to IGCD page aswell. In that case, we can change it.
Bentley Continental GT is quite close. Problem was it was released in year 2003...
vocal95 wrote Can we list the in game name as "Shubert Frigate"? Billboard clearly says "Shubert", so the name is (with 99% probability) "Shubert Frigate". I would list it as Shubert for now. There is also proability that it can be renamed (like GTA SA/GTA V Camper/Surfer, or GTA 3/GTA VC Rumpo/Burrito). There is nothing explicitly saying that this is Frigate, but yes, front is based on C3. We will see after release
mm2mm1fan wrote JFK, is this what your talking about? www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=74105 Yeah, thanks for finding it
Yeah, it kinda looks like the early 00s one.
Proably I-H 3800 | ||
Stretched Limousine must be added to main name, because all other limo Town Cars are listed the same.
I seen it in some police-game not long ago, and it was a mesh of Dodge, Mercedes and another cars, but it was listed then as a C-Klasse
patridam wrote The rear is possibly taken from a 70+ Camaro. I wouldn't say Firebird, if just on the basis that brand name in the corner is SHUBERT, Mafia's equivalent of chevy. Yeah, Chevy, but Firebird was build on same basis.
vocal95 wrote Well, if that is true, then I also lean toward ZIS. To be honest, ZIS 110 was my first thought, but since I haven't watched that in-game cartoon, I assumed that ZIS limousine would be very unlikely in America and picked up Packard. If you dont have the game, or you dont have time and patient (as me) to wait until this show shows up, you can look here for full episode - take it as a proof to my previous statement about communist: www.youtube.com/watch?v=EsihE0_fuk8 Yes and I know it is a 2 months old comment.
Yeah, front is wedge shaped like C3, but back is less muscled as Vette, and it looks like Camaro/Firebird.
What about Moriwaki MD 211V F? Because if Moriwaki CBR 600 RR first year is 2005, this bike is old as embryo - in negative number - this game was released on January 14th, 2004.
Completly different from me I like Czech Republic, its food, but I hate curve roads (and I am studying in next town, where only road have at least 15 90 degree corners on one kilometers and there is always traffic jam in the morning), most of european cars (older ones I like, but newer ones are odd), and most curiously, I like communism, but I cant get enough of US cars. It may sound funny for you, but I want to deliver by boat some nice Chevrolet Caprice STW 1986-1990 and drive it here (and I presume that it is same sort of crappy car for americans as for czech Skoda Felicia, which is mostly in beated up shape or scrapyards). Before I have moods for delivering to europe (and you will at these cars that actually someone wanted to drive them) Mercury Tracer, Chevy G-20, AMC pacer or Eagle, Checker Marathon, Dodge Monaco (that rubbish one from 1990s), Plymouth Turismo Duster... I kinda like our communism buildings, they are boring and very square, but they have some sort of magic. I am living in one plattenbau (what a odd word for "panel house") after all.
Burn Rubber wrote NASCAR sucks. Officially the 1st american who said that
speedfreak975 wrote This is considered a custom because Lambo made it custom made for a client Isnt "Custom" category something that cant be represented in basic car classes, like this? And yes, this car exists. At least to year 2009. -- Last edit: 2015-08-10 19:24:37
(archived) | I dont know if mrmundy555 is trolling or if he didnt saw Charger in his life. Of course it is 69-70 Charger.
mrmundy555 wrote Front end looks like 1964-1965 Ford Thunderbird And how did you come to that? Google 1959 Plymouth and then try to say it looks like T-Bird.
Shape of rear window reseamble Nissan/Datsun, but rest is more like Toyota.
It can be Savoy too, to finish this already confusing models. I dont see any difference between them, so 1959 Plymouth unknown is my solution
Xenotime wrote Keep in mind that cars in this game is not licensed and usually mashups of design cues from different models/years. But front looks for sure more like 1964. Rest of the body didnt change that much, I checked it at google. -- Last edit: 2015-08-08 15:04:51
Now with that front wiew it looks (front only) like Camaro without lights... This is going to be hard one, but Toronado rear part is more accurate than GTO, you have good guess.
Forget it. 1961-1963 differences are little bit confusing... It is not Superba but Marathon, due to mask... I guess?
Xenotime wrote 1965 Imperial Crown It cant be 1965 model - look at the mask of 1965 model: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/cb/Imperial_gr%C3%B6n_i_rapsf%C3%A4lt_056-a.jpg and 1964 model: www.futureclassicsnj.com/Cars/n1964ImperialCrown_dsfrt1.jpg 1964 model have bigger split of mask, same as model in Mafia 3 |
