| tom99 a écrit Cadillac what? you kidding? this is nowhere near a Cadillac. Closest one i could find was a 1951/53 Pontiac Chieftain, overall proportions and fascia clues fit much better. You're shitting me. More a DeSoto Firedome. | |
| The Burnside Special is influenced mainly by the 1953 DeSoto Firedome. The Burnside Special is powered by a 313 cubic inch (5.1 liter) V8. Strangely enough, the first use of a 313 cubic inch V8 in a Chrysler was in 1957, did not feature hemispherical heads (but a polyspherical combustion chamber) and was primarily used only for Canadian and export models until 1967. | |
| BoxiestSumo a écrit Reminds me of a GAZ 55 I think you mean Moskvitch 408 which it looks almost identical | |

| I remembered Gabester stating "Your basic 1953 American near-luxury sedan. A bit like a DeSoto Firedome" so I guess that's what it is by the looks of it momentcar.com/images/desoto-firedome-1953-1.jpg. | |
| Rear more or less fits to late 40s Caddy, but Pontiac Chieftan is better as a whole car. I am editing Burnside as Pontiac. | |
