Tycek wrote Damn, instead of putting all of the track cars they should add more street cars (Celica Mk. II, Silvia S12, Mitsubishi Eclipse Mk I, older Preludes, etc.) What are they going to add there? LMP cars? Notice how all the track cars are ones that can (or at least were planned) to be sold to wealthy customers. I doubt there'd be LMP cars.

FRANKIE SAYS RELAX wrote is it the 392??? Yes
Still an amazing sleeper car.
Tycek wrote IIRC that was also available in FM4. Yes. The Raptor had Dakar Rally-themed bodykits available, which included the spotlamps.
J-2 wrote They seems to have made a mistake here, it looks like a modified 500, it also features a rollcage in the picture, and it's not in the real car in stock form. Lightened too (no passenger seat). Whilst it wasn't a good picture to use for the unveiling, it does at least keeps the kids on FB quiet about modifying your car.
Didn't McRae drive this?
Should be a 2005. After all, it came out the same year as the game.
S Line as well (look ath the badge near the back wheel)
NismoR35 wrote If this is made for GB, how come it has LHD wipers? They could of just reworked the model they had from Hot Pursuit and forgot to flip the wipers. Although in hindsight, it looks as though it's LHD in the pic anyway. Very odd.
MartinBond wrote I think we can confirm this for Forza 5 as well, seeing as T10 always wants the latest/fastest version of a car in FM It will probably replace the regular DS3 as well then.
Fun Fact: As of today, Aston is already dropping the Virage in favour of revamping the DB9... by making it share the same body panels as the Virage. And the same power. And making it £18,000 cheaper than a Virage. -- Last edit: 2012-09-19 14:36:00
AMC-JAVELIN wrote Mitsubishi is a japan True. But it should be still listed as made for UK, if it is a FQ-400.

This looks like a recolour of the already listed Cizeta. I'm going with that.
Maltravers wrote How to get this car in Career? Can I tune it? You can't. It's just a bonus car for use in quick races.
Should be listed as a 2004.
J-2 wrote I can't stand FB comments about the game. The level of stupidness is way too high, nobody seems to know anything about cars, games, licenses or anything at all... These are the same idiots who say a 70's Skyline has no place in a racing game, and then the next minute want Turn 10 to put a Geo Storm in the game because they own one in real life.
The 12 year olds on Forza's Facebook page have no idea.
Lantzs09 wrote Really, iv'e never seen this one in real-life before *facepalm* Just because you've never seen one in real life around where you live doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I've never seen a Chevrolet Cavalier, doesn't mean they don't exist does it?!
Right hand drive, so possibly made for UK?
Star Wars Fanatic wrote Just the sort of car you see roaming the streets of San Francisco everyday. It's in Tanner's head. Kind of justifies all the weird and stupidly rare cars. The first and last mission don't have exotics running around, since they take place in reality. Instead, you just see Impalas and the occasional V6 Mustang, which I'd expect is what actually drives around in SF. Smart move by Reflections.
FRANKIE SAYS RELAX wrote shame its DLC Pre-Order The 458 is a pre-order bonus but they put the spider variant in the game too. They might put the roadster 370Z. Same goes for the SLS.
MartinBond wrote 2009 one - again? What's so terribly wrong with the C63? sure does give the game a lot more "updated" feel than using a 3 year old car. Adds realism in my book. Not everybody turns up in a brand new exotic to a car show. Besides, they might put the C63 or the new SL in the game, we just have to wait and see.
This is probably gonna be a barn find.

This must be a 2005. Notice the cowls in the hood.
STi needs to be added. Look at the badging on the grill.
This has an ES badge on the rear.
The Trailblazer (hillclimb) variant of this was a Z4 GT3. Even the default livery for it was the race paint scheme.
Should be a 2000 in that case.
The Gamespot preview shows them winning this in a race against a plane, and they said they'd only gottten a good 90 minutes into the game. Which means we get this very early!

Is it green? No. It's blue.
Horizon's probably gonna have races for various car bodystyles. I hope there's a super saloon race. Maybe the Rapide and Quattroporte will make a comeback.
It's nice to see they actually put older cars as traffic vehicles. NFS Hot Pursuit 2010 originally impressed me by having real cars as traffic, but in hindsight those were all Infinitis, Porsche Cayennes and Ram Trucks.
No race cars, huh? | ||
J-2 wrote They're not going to do a whole new model just for that...also, modern Renaults are not sold in the USA, but they're in the game after all, and for the sake of realism they should be cut out, but that would be a shame. I know that, and I understand. I was just saying it would have been cool for added realism. Doesn't really matter, it's just a game after all.
Slight nick picking here but I wish they'd put U.S. spec models in the game instead of just taking them from Forza 4. Like this should be a Corolla GT-S, or the S14 should be a 240SX. Nothing major, but it'd be a nice touch of realism into the game.
These aren't road legal are they?
carcrasher88 wrote Sign above gives away one location in the game, apparently. Barbara Capitman Way, 10th Street in Miami Beach, Florida. Just by one clip of the trailer, I can already recognise one of the courses from DiRT Showdown. Probably gonna be re-used. Same with the updated Yokohama.
Should be listed as a Nismo Z-Tune. Look at the badging on the right hand side.
NFC94 wrote Ravenwest equivalent? They better not be. Ravenwest cost me a new controller.
stryder237 wrote Are you refering to TDU2s wrecks that you have to find to unlock a car? I heard they were adding something similar to TDU2s wreck system. Something to do with barn finds, which, unlike TDU2s concept of having 10 Daytona Coupes in random places (they only made 6), is actually somewhat realistic.
J-2 wrote This is not a race car. Not the type of racing cars they meant at least. Things like a Peugeot 908, a Porsche GT3 RSR, or a Dodge Viper GT2. Makes me wonder if they put homologation cars in some cases, like the GT-One road car or the 911 GT1 Strassenversion (if there's Porsche)
Unicorn? | ||
Is that a roll cage? | ||
Fun Fact: This broke down 1 hour into the 12 hour race it entered in real life. |
