^Nope, buyable as soon as you first get access to the Autoshow. 1,000,000 credits, I believe. Yellow 'unlockable' star needs to be removed.

EDIT: Ah crap, just noticed they didnt start producing the sedan before the E90. Its the Evo5, didnt notice the spoiler.
