Ford F-150 Trophy Truck

Rally Cross (1997)
I'm leaning more to a 1997-2003 Ford F-150, based mainly on grill, cab and headlamps.

Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser

Driver (1999)
No, its the Custom Cruiser. The grill is identical to the Oldsmobile, the Pontiac's is different.

Dodge Monaco, pretty sure.

Were they called F-350 Super Duty's in 2002? I know now all Ford trucks above F-150 and that are non-commercial are F-Series Super Duty's.
Ford Crown Victoria

Ford Racing 3 (2004)
Probably a Ford Crown Victoria LX (by far the most common/popular).

I second that..
Oldsmobile 442

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
To be honest, I don't think any of the previous generation Stallion's were Oldsmobiles. Maybe the Vice City Stories rendition. But this one definetly is not a 442. Its got to be a Buick. And besides, the GSX and 442 were very close in looks.
Oldsmobile 442

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
The first confirmed vehicle known. This car is the Stallion. A hundred percent positive. Go to the official website (www.rockstargames.com/iv) and watch the second trailer. Its a lot higher quality then the YouTube variations, and you clearly see 'S T A L L I O N' on the deck-lid. Click here for screenshot.
Oldsmobile 442

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
Its not 'definetly a Dodge Challenger', its got to be a GSX
Oldsmobile 442

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
From the back I would say a Buick GSX. But the front makes me think more along the lines of a Dodge Challenger or Ford Mustang. But over all, I'd say GSX.

International-Harvester something-or-other. Forget the name, Cargostar or something like that.

I also do not think its a BMW. Click here for 7-Series BMW.

This is one of the hardest vehicles to get hold of in the game, it appears in the El Burro phone mission "I Scream, You Scream" (but the thing is you have blow it up in that mission), and can be found very, very occaisionally in Cedar Grove, Shoreside Vale (it sometimes appears at around 16:00 but it can be gone in an instant if you don't catch it). The thing is you need this for the one of the import/export garages, I later realised it sometimes appears as one of the burning vehicles in the Firefighter sub-missions. It's a funny looking vehicle, it looks a bit like one of those small Japanese vans. It's a bit like the vehicle was an afterthought, it has no radio and can't get dents like the other vehicles can. Instead of having a horn, it just plays an ice cream van jingle if you press the horn key.

It seems that a lot of rare and exotic cars appear as burning vehicles in Firefighter missions. I remember before I even got to the second island, I found a Yakuza Stinger in the Firefighter missions..

Yeah, it is. I knew it was a Jag, but was not sure what. I am going to get a picture of it soon (need to edit/upload it).
Dodge Dakota

Trainz Railroad Simulator 2006 (2006)
Certainly not a Hilux. I am leaning more towards a Dodge or Ford from the 1980's or late 1970's.

Possibly a Dodge Dakota?

I have no idea what it is. I just noticed, its a four door. So it could not be a Challenger..

You can see it (side view) in the far left corner in the above shot.

I was going to say, it is in no way definite as we are purely using assumptions. For all we know none of the cars from previous GTAs will be recurring, as it's already been confirmed that there will be no recurring characters at all.

I should hope that they will use car names from previous Grand Theft Auto's. They still have to make up names, if they are going to use them at all..

This car also appears in Silent Hill 4: The Room, however, it is not a squad car. It is sitting deep in the forest, and eerily, the head lights are on (even though the car otherwise seems to be long forgotten).

Dodge Caravan

Grand Theft Auto IV (2008)
Dodge Caravan, pretty sure of it. Slightly different tail lights and front end, but thats it. And if its a cab, and because of its black (plastic) bumpers, its a Caravan SE. And, this is just an assumption, but it probably is named the 'Blista'.
Volvo 740

Lotus Challenge (2001)

Mitsubishi Starion

Live for Speed (2005)
Exactly the same as the XR GT in appearance aside from a lower ride and a spoiler.

Specifications from Game:
Engine: 2.0L turbo-charged I4
Power: 245HP (at 6019RPM)
Torque: 239lb-ft (at 4585RPM)

Comment on XR GT Turbo from LFS website: "Loaded with a 2 litre turbocharged engine, transferring its power to the rear, the XR GTT has become one of the favorite cars in S1."

The XR GT Turbo is a very fast car (not as fast as the open wheelers and GTR cars, but fast compared to its S1 stablemates). It appears to be the most used/popular car, due to its large amount of available skins. It may be a little hard to control at times (small size + large amounts of power = will spin out if floored), but once you get used to it, it is a great race car and drift car as well.
Mitsubishi Starion

Live for Speed (2005)
Specifications from game:
Engine: 1.8L I4
Power: 140HP (at 5945RPM)
Torque: 137lb-ft (at 4603RPM)

Comments on XR GT from LFS website: "Being a rear wheel driven car, but without excessive power to them, this car is great to get the feel for racing with a RWD. Learning to catch the balance in turns, it will prepare you for its bigger brother, the XR GT Turbo."

Good car, not outstanding in speed, but better control/traction then its turbo charged model. It is slightly boring in appearance, especially stock, and is not exactly a drifting champion. Good beginners car.
Citroën AX

Live for Speed (2005)
Car Specifications (from the game):
Engine: 1.3L I4
Power: 86 kW (115bhp) @ 6871 rpm
Torque: 130 Nm (96 lbft) @ 5658 rp

Comment From LFS Website on XF GTI: "This car is, together with the XR GT, the starter car of S1 and does not have to be earned by winning races. Being a FWD with not too much power, it's a good car to learn your first racing skills with."

It is an extremely slow car, and will never win anything against any car besides the UF-1000 and itself. It does however, have good stability and traction. But is prone to flipping itself on tight turns at high speed. In any case, the XR GT beats it in every way.
