Maybe it's an import...
It's too dark to see if the car has indicators on the inside of the lights, but the rest of the front end reminds me of a 2000-2002 Dodge Neon.
Honda S2000 with the roofline of a Del Sol, that does not mix well.
The name of this reminds of the Coquette, a Corvette based car created by the same publisher later in GTA IV!
Headlights look like they're taken from a second gen Mitsubishi Eclipse... the tailights are actually from a 1995-1997 Mitsubishi GTO / 3000GT as well. But overall it still looks like a 2001 Acura Integra Type-R.
Indeed. This is what the 1997 model looks like: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=1352 This must be like a pre-facelift deal.
When you mod the game's cars sometimes you just gotta find what makes the most sense if you're modding a car that has no mods for it's real life counterpart. I.E. the Fortune, which is based off an '89-'94 Ford Thunderbird, but there are no Thunderbird mods for GTA IV, at least for the '89-'94 generation. So guess what I randomly used: Silvia S15.
What about 1996-2000 Honda Civic? When I had the game on PC briefly a couple years back, I replaced this with one. And I'm thinking this is too small to be an Accord.
Yet it has the name FF which in drivetrain terms means it has a front engine front wheel drive setup.... . The facelifted version's name makes more sense being called the GTC4Lusso, with a 4 actually in the name indicating it's AWD. -- Last edit: 2016-03-28 03:46:09
The first two where a mix of tuners and explosions, while Tokyo Drift seemed more tuners to me. Starting with F&F '09, the series became more focused on supercars than tuners, but still had the classic explosions.
Should we remove the downloadable star? This was part of an update which kinda was required to play the game (at least on the Xbox One and PS4 and maybe the PC version, not on Xbox 360 and PS3 because I have this on 360 and I don't have a Xbox Live Gold account and I can still play the game) like the Hot Rods from the latest big update for NFS '15.
The decals are probably for copyright reasons. There's no excuse for the wheels though. Oh and the body kit is wrong as well... igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=78686
I like how on the European GTA 3 the Monstrosity is simply a Ford F-Series Super Duty monster truck with 'MONSTROSITY' on the side.
Racedriver43 wrote Maybe a Beta Tester can tell us, since it was in the Beta version of the game. This SUV looks like it would be great for climbing Mount Chilliad in GTA V. I'm sure that it might come to GTA Online, but later on, since many old GTA cars are returning every update. (Yay!) To be honest the rear makes me think of some sort of Silverado with a bed cover, but this looks pretty Japanese to me. Two problems with a beta tester telling us: 1. It's gonna be mighty hard to find one. 2. They're not gonna want to tell us anything about this. They want to keep this a secret, even though they didn't really do a good job.
Problem: We don't know 100% of the styling since this is the only known footage of this car in this commercial, where it only shows the side and some of the back. Another problem: this car has no known name since there is absolutely no remnants of this car in the final.
car-dude44 wrote I heard something about that, and it's too bad it wasn't in the game. Would have been a fine addition as a regular SUV. Yeah, that's a shame. I guess maybe the reason it was cut was because it was more of a proper offroading SUV, and there aren't really any really good roads for offroading in this game. But of course, it didn't reappear in V either, so I guess we'll never know what it was like do drive this thing....
At least this one you can get in game... technically.... on PC.... just take the Dashound's model from GTA V and mod it into this game, and retexture it to look like this, and mission accomplished!
This game came out in late 2000, one of the first games for the PS2. While the S15 was in some games before this, so it makes sense.
Looks like they took the tailights off an S15 Silvia and made them generic.
The name of this car was actually used for Acura versions of the NSX with targa tops. Although it was stylized as NSX-T.
This car looks AMAZING for 2002....
Plus, the T6 is the Transporter that is currently on sale, while the T4 was on sale in the 90s. Plus game files call this "90sVan" so they further point to the fact.
Looks like an old Porsche Le Mans racecar... just can't get it off the top of my head.
It's spelled Deadmau5....
Also funny to note that this car still has the Gran Turismo logos on the left and right sides of the windscreen banner...
For some reason I never knew this car had a hood vent until I played this game yesterday. I was doing a race at Test Course, and this car was right behind me and I saw it. All those years of playing Forza with this car appearing in countless online races I've done and still never noticed the hood vents!
Mods are so popular even Rockstar mods their games, even though they don't want to admit it -- Last edit: 2016-03-09 21:02:20
Attacker1997 wrote Worst color combination They're Christmas colors! I can see why this is called the Nicholas Signature Edition... it's St. Nick's car!
It's driveable in Edge, whenever that comes out. igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=82995
and the Daytonas were the TRUE definition of the Big Wang Gang...
Agreed. I kinda see the resemblence now that say it... (plus the Sport and Rally packages)
Who changed it to an Accent again? I'm telling ya, this is not an Accent. Most if not all of the cars in this game have model years which are identical to their real life counterparts. According to the surname, the first model year for this is '09 while the generation of Accent you are talking about was sold from 1999-2005. We're looking for a car sold around 2007-2012 to fit in this.
With that being said, could an admin please replace the main pic with the actual in game shot?
Yes! It has in game shots now! It's on it's way soon...
The front kinda looks like the 2003-2005 facelift, but further back it gets more generic. I have not figured out where that rear is from.
Well I have, and I can tell you from memory that this and MW2 and MW3 tCs are indeed the same car.
If you're not aware, this is the same tC which appears in Modern Warfare 2 and 3: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=18118
Is it me or does the body kit on this car look JUST like the racing modification for the NSX in the original Gran Turismo? www.youtube.com/watch?v=wg-fTEE48_4 In this video, starting at 3:08.
I'm thinking this isn't a C5 Corvette, but a Nissan R390 with heavily altered design.
sajmon14 wrote For me also a Supra, just with edited proportions Definitely an MkIV Supra, like you said with edited proportions.
Kinda reminds me of the Batmobile a little bit...
No one has noticed the front end from the Dodge Copperhead / Concept Car...
Burn Rubber wrote How u get dat resolution? I own this game and its... What you'd expect for 1998. Emulator I guess.
2003-2005 Saturn L-Series -- Last edit: 2016-03-03 20:52:17
Correct. This car is totally new in the McLaren lineup and is not the sucessor to any previous model in the McLaren lineup. Also, could someone change the contributor name to Mieguy? I don't have this game on PS4 and I surely don't have the German version.
Yup, it's won by winning the 4WD Challenge race at Seattle Circuit: www.ign.com/articles/2000/01/05/complete-gt2-prize-list
Really? Cause if I remember correctly you unlock it from winning one of the 4WD Challenge races. It didn't take me that long.
Vector needs to be in more games nowadays...
I'm thinking Ascari. | ||
Alright, it's an Acccord. Also, why does it kinda remind me of the older Ibishu Pessima? |
