Once that's over, I'll try to explain this in the clearest way I can using whatever I need. It might be a little anticlimactic after the wait, but it should be enough to explain the reality of this car.

I'm sick of having been reminded of this shit show every time I encounter one in GTA. It's obvious that some people still stand hard to their opinions, and it's not going to really stop if people continue to argue.

Film makers and game developers get these things wrong all the time, so it could theoretically be any vehicle released before 2013, regardless of whether it fits the stated time period or not. And we already know the HVY Cutter is based on a Made for Movie from Die Hard: With a Vengeance.
