A stock 1303 S is listed at a top speed of 71 MPH. On the flat, straight stretch of road near the Oahu airport, I can reach 75. The Citroen 2CV can reach about 61 on the same stretch.

The horn makes an "awooga" noise, which varies in pitch each time it's used. Interestingly, the rev counter (both on the HUD and in cockpit mode) goes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 5, 6, 7.

Once that is achieved, you can upgrade the club to have 4 spaces as opposed to two. Along with the Wiesmann MF3, the Lotus 2-Eleven and the Gumpert Apollo, this is a club-exclusive car which can be loaned out for an unlimited amount of time, but not kept in your own garage.

So, yes it's DLC. The original TDU had a few free DLC packs, and this is no different.
