Front end is definitely lifted from the 2007 Ford Interceptor concept but the rest of it is more like a shrunken Range Rover Evoque. I'd label it as MFG.

If this game was released in 2018 I would have said Citroen C5 Aircross, but since it is not, I would have to guess the 2005 Ford Fairlane Concept Car.

I can see some resemblance to the Radius. In fact, to me it looks like the offspring of the Radius and the Huntley S, also from GTA V.
