The front grill is not the same, comparing to the Marmon.

Quote Does this truck have trailer ?

I don't think so. The only truck with trailer equipped is the Haulier.

Actually, Titan is the brand, the model was El Dorado. This is another Titan model.

In the lisenced cars the make appered above the model in the corner of the screen where the speedometer is. If you you where driving a dodge challenger, dodge would be above challenger in the bottom right corner. In the video where the Titan was driven, El Dorado appered above Titan, making the make a El Dorado, not a titan.
Also, the trucks have a yellow badge and the word "El Dorado" was yellow. The word Titan was silver so the badge would be differant.

EDIT: I zoomed in on the badge an the top part was a short word in silver. To find out its surname will will have to wait for more info or game realese.
EDIT2: Look at the Titan's comments, there is a picture and the the truck's make is pykemann.

I think that it's a 1983 Freightliner FLA 8664T

Or maybe an 1987 Freightliner FLA 9664 (because of two exhausts)
