Based on Cylinder Size, she appears to of been built as a BS 16 Ton , likely the order class of Kresse or Kothig on the Porter catalog.

Once my current edit suggestion is rejected I will update it accordingly.

Click on the link I posted, this is a locomotive on display in Sedalia. It was originally built as an 0-4-0T, and was later converted to an 0-4-2, as shown in your first link. Then it was given an anachronistic rebuild into its current 4-4-0 form, presumably to make it more of a tourist attraction.

Oh damn your right, my bad, in her current state she would still classify as a B-4-T (4-4-0), although as built she was likely an porter BS series if she was built as an 0-4-0T

Yeah this was mislabeled, its also a 4-4-0 not an 0-4-0 or 0-4-2T. It does look like a Porter though as it shares its appearance with the Porter 4-4-0 in there catalog.

I am unsure of what order class is belongs to, so for now I'm going to just label it as a plain old B-4-T
