Yes, it's a Huracan, and inspired by the Polizia one.

Edit: Also appears to be the facelift (2019+) 'Evo' variant, based on the rims. That sort of design was not available before then.

Looks overall like a Lamborghini with perhaps some Mclaren hints too. Couldn't pinpoint a specific model that looks close enough.
The rear has some key features taking after a Reventon's.
