| In-Game name: Mizutani Shion Targa MZT They rarely spawn around Little China (maybe some other districts too, no luck spotting one apart from around Little China though), so far i've only seen it a couple of times, both silver. Haven't been able to spot a red one apart from the one Takemura drove on a quest. Hopefully they'll add it as a buyable vehicle in the future. | |
