The editor is complex, yet simple to use. I’m sure someone can replicate it.

This car also apparently features a 426 Hemi, the top of the line V8 engine for the Challenger from 1970-1971.

Most likely. I duplicated that paint scheme in Midnight Club: Los Angeles back in the day, and it would be a piece of cake to duplicate it in Forza, as well. Gran Turismo's editor, even if it's very rudimentary, should be able to also.
