Nah I disagree, the C pillar is more cutlass and the lack of chrome on the idea

The C Pillar are basically the same, also both have crome trims.

+1 to the Cutlass
Also, in a pre-release screenshot it had different taillights, which were identical on the ones on the '69 Cutlass:

It looks like someone at R* really liked Oldsmobiles from that era.

Early design are not valid to define which car is, but the final design is. Like i explained, the tailights and front grille are more near to the Buick Skylark than a Oldsmobile, both vehicles on real life uses the same Chevrolet plataform.

Stallion already are based on the Oldsmobile, Clover doens't have the split seperation on the grill.

So, Clover have more similar elements to the Buick.

There is already a Cutlass: the "Sabre". So this one is a Skylark.

Sweet, you're right, even the rear looks the same: imcdb.org/images/130/475.jpg
So '74 Plymouth Satellite Coupe. :D

It does very strongly favor a 1968 Pontiac GTO.

GTO (the back)

The rear probably looks more like a 1972 Ford Torino than anything.

1968 Oldsmobile 442 is the closest thing I can find.
