I think that actually might be one of those non-Corvair flat-nose Chevys or most likley a Foward Control Land Rover, too big to be a VW van.

I think I've seen one of these in a movie once. It was an old motorhome, definitely not a VW, probably American.

I think the Ford Vanette is the closer, in term of size and front design
