Agreed. Pretty sure that those three aqua colored bars are supposed to be based off of KITT's scanner bar, plus the Black Night name is a dead giveaway.

I'm pretty sure the Bullet is supposed to be a GT40. It just looks a bit more like the GT.

Same with Liberty City Stories. People swear that one of the cars on that game was a Dodge Magnum (the newer one), however that's set in 1998.
