No one is forcing you to buy said DLC, the game already boasts more content than any open world racer from launch, and Publishers demand long term revenue, and adding liscened cars isnt cheap on production costs,unless you prefer a loot box system that directly affects your gameplay or emphasis of free dlc like GTA5 that is very expensive. Paying less than $ per car isnt bad

When it comes to paid DLC forza offers best buck/content. You could easily pay same amount in other games for half the content

Sort of. As you can see most of the interior is still from the S4 Stradale, a bit of a lazy job there.
