While San Diego and Tokyo (REMIX) are opened from the beginning, the unlock conditions are:
Atlanta: Defeat Vanessa's first rematch (when she comes back in a more modified Mitsubishi Eclipse GT-S after you beat Phil and win one San Diego tournament)
Atlanta: Defeat one of Cheng or Naomi, along with Roy's first rematch.

Vehicles aren't damageable on the PSP version.

Sadly that happened, unlike the L.A Remix that had damage model.
