Most of the vehicles are fully 3D rendered versions of vehicles from the 2D games, I've only played it for a while so far but I can see why it flopped so hard it never left Japan despite having full english voice acting (with quite talented native speaking actors) and there's even full english UI and subtitles in the game data but it remained unused. You can still get it with hacks, tho. It's a kinda janky game, but it's fun, it deserved much better. That was the most hated Metal Slug, more than Metal Slug 4. I never played that 3D game, but watching the gameplay videos, doesn't looks too bad. | |
