I think it's a custom made bus,since you said it has an engine of the Fuso Canter and heavily modified by the driver's choice,just like my country's Jeepney,it has an engine of the Elf and Fuso Canter and modified by the driver's choice. In this case, I'd go for the 3rd gen Kijang due to the front fascia and more squared front profile.
