Watch Dogs 2 (2016)
Looks kinda short, maybe it should be listed as Tesla Model III? The headlights, shape of the rear door and sedan body style (instead of Model S' hatchback) also look more like Model III to me...

Maluch Racer 2 (2005)
Actually the year should be 1982, since that is the first model year of the 650E variant (the badge suggest it).
Still maybe it is shared between all cars, just like the air intakes on the sides (which are from the facelifted model instead small ones from the original version)

The interior shot is a mod. Actually, the car being in SAN ANDREAS is a mod! This car only appears in North Yankton (name may be wrong?) this is the same for every snow covered car. All the snow shots need to be replaced with unmodded shots, and no interior pictures

I don't get what's the big deal with these pictures...
It is not a mod, snow covered cars have handling lines and other stuff, they just have locked doors (like many other cars used in GTA missions).
You can have these cars in a vanilla game, just by using savegame editor/getting edited save. Also, many cheaters used to spawn these vehicles in Online and they were perfectly working (same case with the cargo jet).
Chevrolet Bel Air

Mafia III (2016)
Looks like they reused Shubert Beverly from Mafia II with some minor changes.
Also - did they changed the marque to "Allamont"?
Custom Made Ferrari F80 Concept

Grand Theft Auto V (2013)
Well, you can still test cars in SP by using savegame editor (it won't get you banned because save files are not located in game directory).
Anyway, this car is an absolute waste of money - ugly as shit, isn't faster by any means (GTA V has 250km/h speed limit) and the handling sucks really hard.
Ford Mustang Boss 429

Mafia III (2016)
Well, the Stallion name was pretty obvious, but why the hell the marque is Berkley (Mafia's counterpart of Buick)?
I don't like it, it reminds me of GTA, where they put every new car under Bravado marque... :|

Grand Theft Auto V (2013)
OH MY GAWD, FINALLY SOMETHING THAT ISN'T ANOTHER HYPERCAR.
I'll love that DLC <3

Also, dat details. Italy sticker and airline ad :3

EDIT:
This car is sweet. Costs 815 000 $, but it's worth it.
The name is "Lampadati Tropos Rallye" (stratosphere and troposphere are both layers of atmosphere, in case you didn't get it), comes in 2 paintjobs - blue Air Herler (a nod to Alitalia Stratos) and green Stronzo.
You can also leave it blank and paint it any color you want, so it looks like a civilian version ;)

Jeez, this car is batshit ugly. It looks more like something out of Saints Row series, than the GTA...

BTW, is the Ferrari F80 even an actual concept? AFAIK there were only renders of some guy's vision of the next Ferrari supercar.

Well fuck, probably again half of the content will be cut and sold as DLCs... -_-
Anyway, this is clearly 1969 Mustang Boss 429 with the front of 1966 Mustang Mach 1 concept.

Also, I guess they'll name it "Smith Stallion", "Smith Palomino" or something like that ;P

That's not the reason, R* did that because they simply never intended for it to be available in GTA Online. Just like the special stock car versions of the Gauntlet, Stallion, Buffalo S, and Dominator.

Anyway - allowing the vehicles like Rhino, Insurgent (and to the lesser extent Kuruma) in GTA Online was a huge mistake. This thing is the second worst thing in just behind some bored cheaters that blow everyone in the session.

Though I don't mind the cheaters that drop money :D

I would love to see some Vice City themed DLC with cars like classic Cheetah, Deluxo, Oceanic, Hermes.
Also - hawaiian shirts.
I want my character to look like Tommy Vercetti, Hunter J. Thompson or John Lasseter...
Seriously R*? Not even a single hawaiian shirt?
This is really odd, because you could buy a one in singleplayer, but nope - not in GTA Online...

I would add to the list the original GTA IV Sentinel (I really like the design of the 1990s' BMWs) or classic Cheetah from 3D universe.

Quote The DLC/update called "Yeah you can finally after 2 play somehow GTA Online without 10+ minutes loading to lobby", "You can kill someone when you unload whole Combat MG extended magazine (200 bullets) from 20 meters to him" or "This update doesnt mess up the gameplay of story more even more that it was before / doesnt try to make out of your PC a scorched earth" would be nice addition too.

Rockstar logic:
Do not allow Duke O' Death in online mode, because "it would be OP"
Add to the game armored cars like Kuruma, Insurgent or Schafter limo with f.ckin miniguns on the top.

It's the fastest car now, faster than the T20

Actually T20 was never the fastest car - GTA V has some sort of stupid speed limit, so it's impossible to break through 300kph, even in P996 Lazer (which should be supersonic jet).
From what I've heard, this limit is because when you drived at very high speeds in previous games, the objects weren't loading on lower-end computers and you could crash into invisible walls (IMHO it's still a dumb excuse).
Anyway - that's the reason why the car top speeds are messed up.
To check the real top speed you have to go to the 1st person and read the speedometer or wait for the highest speed challange in GTA Online.
For example, T20 has top speed around 200kph, Pigalle has ~210 kph and Zentorno has ~220kph.

I would list it as Shubert for now. There is also proability that it can be renamed (like GTA SA/GTA V Camper/Surfer, or GTA 3/GTA VC Rumpo/Burrito). There is nothing explicitly saying that this is Frigate, but yes, front is based on C3.
We will see after release ;)

When the first GTA V trailer was reveiled, some cars were listed along with their fictional names, even though no one was sure if that's how they're really called.
Some assumptions were correct (like the Imponte Phoenix) some not (Baller was listed as 'Vapid Huntley' and Surfer was listed as 'Camper').
Anyway, as the car is based on Chevrolet Corvette, I think that we can temporarily list it as 'Shubert Frigate' and if it turns out that's not the real name, change it after the release.

I noticed that the front wheel is quite far from the front (if you can't see it - it's near the lamp post), just like the Nucleon.
Here's the pic of an final model. It seems that Nucleon lost its fins during development and thus looks more like the car we are identifying:

I will still wait for the better screenshots, but at this moment it looks like it is Ford Nucleon with some hints of GM Firebird II (air intakes) and Ford X-2000/Cadillac Cyclone (bubbletop roof).

Even if this car will get labeled as MFG, there is clear influence of Tatras in overall shape.
