There are 2 or 3 details that donīt fit, but it is only a handdrawn picture, so I think it is enough to name it a Nomad! Very good work civic_eg6_94! Like always!
Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad

Biing!: Sex, Intrigen und Skalpelle (1995)
Yeah, sorry civic_eg6_94 but I was busy with the latest Marec666.
Is there another picture of the backside of the car? I just need to confirm if it is called Nomad, BelAir or if it has a different name (what I doubt).

Dig-Dogs: Streetbusters (1994)
An interesting fact about it: The game allows you to customize this car to show the influence of different parts to thinks like fuel usage. You can choose between different wheel sizes, exhaust systems, spoilers and so on... You can also choose between 3 different engines. You can put a 4 cylinder engine in it, or you can install a 8 cylinder engine into it! But that isnīt the biggest one. You can put a 12 cylinder engine in it (!!!).

You know that for questions like that everybody could use Wikipedia, so it wouldn't help much. If we're talking seiously about IQ test, we could make one with three question (what car is it - show some car and some MFG), what type of body this car has (show some coupe/convertible/wagon, etc.)

That has nothing to do with an IQ-test, this are only some specific questions.

Sorry for replying an old comment, but I heard the song with the original lyrics ('love train' instead of 'love bug) before. Do you know the name and the artist of the song?

It is "The O’Jays"! The song is called "Love Train" and was first released in 1972 on their album "Back Stabbers": en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Back_Stabbers
