Still no windshield wipers :P oh well, not even GTA V had that detail.
Looks a bit higher off the ground too, originally it looked so low to the ground it couldn't drive over an anthill.... looked ridiculous
Countach mixed with a Testarossa mixed with a Vector Twin Turbo. Everything in this game is "Made for Game"
Ugh.... always hated this thing for replacing the Mag Escalade and on top of that it looks like Volition skipped upgrading the model on it
That front looks gorgeous! Hope we can make a civilian version- it's been a long time since I played it on PS3... don't remember if that was possible (even through Rim Jobs glitching)
This looks more like a Range Rover mixed with a Cherokee. As much as I used to love that early 90's Ford Explorer the Nordberg was based on it REALLY didn't fit in well with traffic. You'd see it all the time in the city no matter where you drove. SR3 just doesn't have enough SUV variety, especially since they got rid of the Cavalcade Escalade knock-off.
Backend still looks really badly modeled, like theres too much bodywork and very little detail when it comes to things like badging and trim.
Are they ever gonna release a regular version of this C-10? It's a beautiful model but they keep doing dumb crap to it like making it a drift truck or giving it a forced drop.
Speedevil wrote It's got absolutely no visual customisation though. I don't care, but some people aren't super pleased about that. You can paint cars at least, right? My first thought seeing this thing was it needed to be Crockett white >.>
This game was on my 80's radar but hadn't quite hit my "Gotta buy it!" list..... until now. Having a proper Testarossa and not that damn 512 every other game replaces it with is a definite plus+plus for me. -- Last edit: 2019-10-15 21:59:53
Shouldn't this of been called the Sandking Classic? This is the car that was used as the base for that thing in Vice City >.>
Just glad it doesn't have the obnoxiously tall cabin like the Sentinel Classic does.
This doesn't make sense. This is an 80s/90s car people are nostalgic for and want in GTA and yet Rockstar haven't covered it in missile launchers, machine guns, and the ability to fly...
Yay, just what the game needed, more got-damn supercars. How about another Oppressor while we're at it?
This model looks like junk, they should of went with the Technic designs... those still look like Lego but are at least recognizable.
mrmundy555 wrote Too bad the Escalade is not playable in Los Angeles. Just 2 Range Rovers replacing it. If they did include the Escalade for Midnight Club LA it would of been the 2006+ model which I always thought was friggin hideous compared to the 2nd gen seen here. LA just had the 2nd gen driving around in traffic since they had the leftover low quality assets from Midnight Club 3. -- Last edit: 2019-06-04 21:26:26
Konkordski wrote will a miura suffice? Well I know thats been in the game since the start, but I'd like to see some more 1980’s/1990’s love. It seems like the game focuses on the late 60’s and 2010 onwards with no attention inbetween.
Isn't this darn thing already in the game like 4 times? How about an INTERESTING Lamborghinni like a Countash or a Diablo.
Attacker1997 wrote Or activating the search of this vehicle in the Chop Shop activity from Factories District That'll spawn it pretty much instantly if you're in the right district and have the Mag selected as the target. They'll pop up all over the radar. There's also a cheat code you can dial on the phone, #1060 but if you save with it your file with be marked as cheats enabled.
Front end looks like an early 2000's Chevrolet Impala.
Wish they didn't mess with the front end and give it that ugly slanted piece of bodywork in the 3rd row windows. SR2 is one of my top 5 favorite games of all time and I drive a 2003 Escalade ESV irl. I gave it "Tricked Metallic - Tobias Fur White" to replicate the actual White Diamond Pearl Cadillac used. Also pretty much none of the wheels in the game come close to resembling the actual stock ones.
Why couldn't they have used this model to create a regular saloon version? The front and rear look so good, all you'd have to do is remove the mid-section... could of called it the "Dagger" or something to fit in with the Stiletto.
Wish just once the 2nd generation Escalade would get some love. Its strikes such an impressive image (take a look at it on the Sopranos)
Shame it isn't an Evo 7 or earlier when it had a decent looking front. I've hated the Evo X ever since I first saw it in Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights. ...but at least it isn't another carbon-covered supercar so I'm happy.
Thank goodness. It's not quite the beauty the 2006 model was but I'll take anything over that insect-looking insult of a Corvette the C7 is ^.^
I'd rather drive this than the 26 identical carbon Porsches they keep releasing...
Konkordski wrote i bet you'll be even more upset with the upcoming mid-engined corvette. I've seen pics of it... looks like the NSX had a baby with a Ferrari 360. It's alright for what it is but it should not have the Corvette name. Even if they just kept the circular taillights I might not be this disgusted with how the design has changed
Ugh.... the last Corvette before they turned it into an insect-looking monster and it has to be track-modified -_-
Wouldn’t mind a Daytona Spyder being added so we can cruise around like Crockett on Miami Vice ^.^ I know they don't do convertibles but they could add the soft top perhaps?
So they have the ’69, ’71 and 2010 models and thats it? The start and end of the series... I’d love to see an 80’s IROCZ or the 4th Gen Z28 from the 90’s!
No, we don't want GOOD cars in the game like a 56 Bel Air, we all wanna drive the same boring modern junk all racing games have been stocked with for the past 15 years. They tease us with retro yumminess like this and the Regal then make them useless demo derby cars...
Why couldn't they actually add some real retro cars in this DLC? I'd much rather have an actual ‘86 Buick to tool around in than this made-up joke. |
