Btw, Did anyone else notice that it has the 426 Hemi badge on the driver side of the hood, but not on the passenger side? Now I'm no expert, but all the '70 Challenger 426 Hemi's that I've seen, have the badge on both sides of the hood. Is this a game error?
Yup. Plus, Richard Petty drove a Superbird; Not a Charger Daytona
Sadly, you can't convert it to RWD
It's a shame they can't put the Road Runner Superbird logo on the driver side headlight due to the licensing issues with Warner Bros.
Hey this isn't real. My pinto got rear ended by an H1 and didn't blow up.

Well GT5 has the Toyota 86 GT and Scion FR-S, both owned and built by the Toyota Motor Company. As far as I know, Subaru is in a partnership with Toyota but is still an independent company so it could be a license problem with Subaru's parent company, Fuji Heavy Industries
Suzuki Carry? | ||
I would love these games if they included more old cars. It would be cool if the Bentley 8 litre in Auto Vista was driveable.
Yea but it seems forza is just using cars that are from the GT series. I would rather see some different cars that you can't get in GT5.
It looks more like a 1967 GT500. Not a '69
Love the car. HATE those headlights!!!!
And you can't put the stripes on this one. How to you post an image up here? I want to show off my Resto-Mod Plum Crazy Challenger from GT5
I have no problem if the car was fairly new at the time. If a car is new, I don't care what game it's in. Thats why I had no problem with Forza getting the FR-S. Its a new car that is seen alot on tv so it can be in any game it wants
Antti-san wrote Yeah, I know there aren't really many (if any) differences between the three. Yea there's no differences besides the badges. GT5 has the 86 and FR-S, they have the exact same statistics. Although I would have preferred the BRZ because it's the only one I have seen in real life.
J-2 wrote Oh no, please, stop with that. It's just sad. I have both games, and nobody pays me to defend one side. Forza got this because is the first sporty Toyota in a while, nothing more, nothing less. A funny note is, GT5 would be worse without FM4 and vice versa. They need each other, so their companies have an important reason to keep improving. Also, in the end, it's all business. PD, Turn 10/MS, EA...they all just care for the money. They sit down and laugh at people throwing stones at each other while they count their millions. I know. It was just a joke. I didn't mean to start anything. And you are right about Forza needing GT5. It's like the EA Sports games. EA has bought the rights to the NFL & NBA so if you want a football game or basketball game with real teams and players, you have to buy their game. Without the competition of another real team sports game, EA Sports shows no concern in making their games any better because you have to buy from them.
My GT5 FR-S can kill anything you Forza people can come up with lolBTW That would be pretty scummy if Forza just got this car just because GT5 just got it. Just Sayin -- Last edit: 2012-08-02 05:18:16
No I don't mean it like that but alot of the cars Forza is using in dlc (Sauber C9, Mazda RX-7 FB, Fiat Coupé, Peugeot 205, 1998 V8 Vantage, RUF CTR, CTR2, Mazda 787B, VW Beetle, etc...) are just cars that have been used in the Gran Turismo series for quite some time. It's like how Gran Turismo recycles Skylines, MX-5s, and many others from past Gran Turismo games. I know that there are plenty of other cars in the dlc packs but it seems almost everyone includes a car from the GT series.
Yup | ||
Jammy22 wrote first Mazda RX7 FB in IGCD Nope. Gran Turismo 2 had it first. Just another example of how Forza is ripping off cars from the Gran Turismo series

I think it's a Renault Megane Trophy. It's a bit too modern to be an Escudo
Anyone else notice the #555-0142 is the same # as the Ford LTD taxi in Miami from Driv3r?
Ok the police car posted by ACE the ultimatum is a Plymouth Satellite, a car that was built on both 2 door AND 4 door models. As for the unknown car in the game, it has the front of a 1962 Buick Special or Skylark, rear of a 1965 Buick Riviera, side of a 1975 Plymouth Gran Fury. Ritsu Tainaka wrote I'd also like to see this in Forza. It's a good car in GT5. Just a little tail happy around sharp corners. But still a great drivers car.
andrew nicholson wrote Ah the first British conventional Car to have 4 wheel drive that wasn't made for Farming. It's largely forgotten for that the Audi Quattro was remembered as the "First" car to popularize four wheel drive regular cars. but the Quattro would never had existed without this car. More people should know about this. Note: The place I got this information was in Autocar magazine in the most important historical car test section towards the end. Actually, The Interceptor was built on an FR platform. The Jensen FF was the 4WD twin of the Interceptor. Both cars look exactly alike although the FF ended production in 1971 while the Interceptor ended production in 1976. But it's an easy mistake.
