I just bought one for myself. One of the best cars I've driven in the game! The handling was surprisingly good, and it has quite a bit of pep in its step (a lot of tire chirping). Plus I really like the way it looks. Definitely not an exotic, but that's part of what makes it great!
The front looks like it has styling cues from a 1940 Cadillac LaSalle: Notice the three vents along the side of the hood along with the narrow grille. The rest of it looks like a generic 40's sedan. But the idea of a Cadillac as a taxi is pretty laughable, well, to me, it is!
Tuppence870 wrote He will and I can't wait to see that review. If I remember correctly, this is the closest El Camino to his '72 that has ever been in a video game. Actually, there is the 1970 Model in the Forza Motorsports series. I think I prefer this version better than the '70.
Mark from CGR is going to love this when he reviews this game. -- Last edit: 2013-12-09 23:24:14
Scooter8299 wrote Every time I drive this, the tailights, headlights & reverse lights don't work Annihilator0001 wrote same here It's the only car where the lights don't function, even the front parking lights are off, unlike the taxi version here.
I'm starting to think that this car is a bit of a mixture: Maserati GranTurismo: Ferrari California: Maserati GranTurismo: Ferrari California: But technically wouldn't that make it "Made For Game"? I need some clarification on that rule. -- Last edit: 2013-07-17 04:48:00
Definitely a Mack Even has the red lights above the headlamps.

RacingFreak wrote Same developers, no surprise. Yeah, I know. It's just what it's called in Traffic Panic London, a Ford GT40.
This is the same car as the Sports from Traffic Panic London: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=48514 They say Ford GT40. -- Last edit: 2012-07-15 18:58:57

Eh, Close enough. | ||
Pokeoddsponge wrote ...Also notice the rubrails continue in front of the door on to the hood where they shouldn't... That's so they could recycle the texture (notice the front wheel well and the rear wheel well). Very clever, in my opinion . -- Last edit: 2011-12-24 16:23:24
RacingFreak wrote It will be good if you take these without the HUD How about that?
RacingFreak wrote The map, damage/felony meters... I knew that ... Okay, I'll do that.

matt__jon wrote It'd look better if that window didn't dip down so low I agree.
It could be a Dodge Ramcharger. The body looks more like a 1970-72 Blazer, though. -- Last edit: 2011-10-08 02:02:15
Looks like a 1978 model: -- Last edit: 2011-10-16 19:12:02
