BeamNG.drive (2013) | TheGreaser wrote Can we actually list other models that are officially done by BeamNG themselves? Like some custom race models or special editions they got for a lot of vehicles. Personally I think special editions should be added, but custom race models shouldn't. But Police cars should be

TheGreaser wrote I wish - but JFK said at the time, that a year ago there were so many that it made a mess, so they had to list only one type of body. They should focus on different types, only under BeamNG - Official. Same goes for liveries (only if they are found in the files). Guess that's a conversation we're having to cope with the ongoing pandemic. We're all in isolation and in this together. I still think my idea of only major changes should be listed, like the D-Series for example, instead of listing the 30 different models of it, you should have, The Bronco, The Single Cab, the extended Cab,the Crew Cab, and the Dually. Sure it's a lot, but at least it's not the shitload the game already haves, of course this new facelift, (Facedrop?) might mess it up a bit.
3DTunes wrote Well looking at the Roamer LXT it has the similar enough dimension to the Excursion more than the Centurion, but to be honest it would probably be another Made For Game at this rate as it can't be the slightly smaller Expedition as it didn't get the extended body treatment until the 2007 model year. And are we going to talk about the 1973-75 Moonhawk? I don't know why that isn't here. It's different enough to have it's own entree
3DTunes wrote It is? Because the Roamer is quite rounded along the edges when the developers gave it that body update so it is not flat as it originally was. I say the Excursion looks more flat than the Roamer. wiki.beamng.com/images/thumb/1/16/Roamercomparison.gif/800px-Roamercomparison.gif It's not this round though
3DTunes wrote I could see it if the Roamer was a lot more flat but as it is rounded and the Centurion Classic has a removable bed cap unlike the Roamer LXT one piece body also looking at the back of it you could see barn doors which is more in line with the Ford Excursion XLT rear swing doors than the Centurion's normal rear tailgate. The problem is, the Excursion looks nothing like the Roamer, the Excursion looks like a 1999-05 Ford F-250, which is way more round than the Roamer.
carcrasher88 wrote Honestly...shouldn't all of the variations of all of the official vehicles be listed? I mean, they are all their own unique vehicle models in game, it's not like you're modifying the 'base' model into these variants, they're spawned as a unique model, each with their own in-game vehicle file. Which, IIRC, according to this site's rules, allows them to be individually listed, shouldn't they? Personally I think only the big changes should be in, we don't need 15 listing of the same vehicle all of them being different engines.
3DTunes wrote I was thinking the same thing, since the regular Roamer is the Ford Explorer would the LXT version be the Ford Expedition or maybe the Ford Excursion since it is an extended SUV. Maybe even the Centurion. The Roamer does have a 87-92 Ford look to it
3DTunes wrote Yes I know, I have the game, but I am not talking about that. I am talking about the officially announced blue and brown pre-facelift D-Series pictured above you. All I am saying that it is a short body, not a separate cab and bed but one piece, so it wouldn't be a Ford F-150 but instead a 3rd gen Ford Bronco. Finally the developers themselves said it would be called the D10 'Charro' Here is the link to the official Developers micro-blog if you do not believe me, it is near the bottom of the page with more pics. www.beamng.com/threads/micro-blog-s-2018-current.51722/ This also brings the Roamer LXT into question. Should we include that? Also what about the 1973-75 Moonhawk? -- Last edit: 2020-03-22 00:03:08
TheGreaser wrote Probably a mod - the only true facelift the Gavril D-series got is sawblade wheels, true to its GM style. Well it's from the Devs twitter.com/beamng/status/1241031918495436800
3DTunes wrote Yeah this is suppose to be a 1985-1987 pre-facelift of the current 1988-1994 D-Series and also that body is a one piece so it would be in line with the 3rd gen Ford Bronco full-sized SUV and it is going to be called the D10 'Charro' as confirmed by the developers. Actually there is already a Bronco like D-series in game. The devs showed it off in this video, and is in game, so someone should get on to that www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjum5gmEz8Y

Sharpshooter 3D (2018) | Flippedoutkyrii wrote Doom 2 mod that was in development for several years before it went retail. Was on steam for several months before the Publisher and all it's products were wiped from the storefront as they were found to be committing fraud. You can still find it for sale on the developers website, however! As for the content. It appears to be a Russian ANTIFA game! Unlike other extremist games on this site (and in general), this one goes the extra mile by not only remembering to be a functioning game, but a fun one at that! Shame the resolution options never went over 1000 and playing further then that screws the UI D: A Antifa game that developers were found out to be committing fraud. There is a lot of irony in that

Now you listen to me, soldier! Every track and arena out there is a battleground! And you ain't gettin' nowhere in that tin-can you call a car! That's why you'll be drivin' this modified MudDigger! Rebuilt and re-purposed for any demolition event! This machine is tough! Dependable! Ruthless! You'd be crazy to not be behind the wheel, now get in that machine and deal some damage! Dismissed!
Some genius had the bright idea to take out the tiny electric motor in one of those kids driving cars, and put a proper engine into it. This is the go-kart that everyone's inner child wanted to drive, and now you can! With its grippy tyres and nippy motor, you'll be tearing up the tarmac in this little demon. And don't worry, it's safe for kids too... isn't it?
Remember the little Buggy from the Retro Rammers pack. Well now meet the bigger Buggy. BugZilla is what happens when a tame little hatchback gets a taste for oil and metal. Loaded with spikes, a bigger engine, and massively monstrous wheels, this rabid machine is ready to rip its rivals to shreds!
If something goes fast, someone has to make it go faster. Someone took their RoadSlayer from the garage, and turned it into this full-on drag-racing beast! The tapered nose and full rear wing help it cut through the air with ease. It'll even put the Speedemon to shame!
This once modest little butcher's van has now had a complete make-over. Don't let its comical looks deceive you. This little piggy will hit you like a wild boar! It's agile, it's wild, it's ready to make mincemeat of its opponents. They won't want to tangle with this nosy porker!

You know the classic phrase of "Bigger is better?" Well, meet the Big Rig. This mighty, monstrous truck is the next in line of big machines ready to tear up the track. If you think it's slow, you thought wrong. This beast comes loaded with 301 PP and a top speed of 120mph! Try not to get too scared when you see this monster's grille in your rear-view mirror.
Some say that someone had left a Bandit in the apocalyptic wasteland, and spent many, many months trying to reunite with their lost machine. When they found it, they noticed it had gone through many, many changes. And it somehow grew some teeth...
Not quite a caravan, but it will definitely do. This lovely vintage travelling machine has been lovingly stripped of all comfortable essentials for a wonderful camping trip, and has been given a much more appropriate paintjob for its new career. Centre-stage at a hard-hitting, metal-crunching demo derby! Hope you don't mind losing some shell in the carnage!
More stylish than a HotShot, more menacing than a Starbeast, and faster than a SpeedBird! This rare and elusive speed machine is sought after by all racers alike. This is the ultimate racing machine for the ultimate racer!
Just when we thought the Double Decker was a crazy idea, someone's been sneaking into the workshop again and brought out... this! An old sofa, loaded with wheels, steering, engine, and exhausts out of the armrests. This bizarre creation gives new meaning to the phrase "Driving by the seat of your pants!!" |
