Interestingly, the outline of this rally Mustang is based on the 2011 Ford GTE LM.

I loved the homage that Audi and Polyphony made to the classic 80's race cars

Is that this scheme is inspired by the Audi 80 of the IMSA of 1990.
Toyota 86

Gran Turismo Sport (2017)
Between the GRMN version and this one, the silhouette becomes the same only it changes something. Although the distribution of the steering wheel changes between the two versions, the type of dashboard, even if it was analog, in the GRMN version, the numbers are smaller and with more lines, which was not the case in the normal version and not counting the version Limited. The dashboard is taken from a normal 86 GT.
Subaru WRX STi

Gran Turismo Sport (2017)
Between the GT4 version and this one, the silhouette is the same only that the type of gearbox changes. The GT4 version equips a sequential gearbox with two cams on the steering wheel, which the Time Attack version has a gearbox, also sequential, but with a SINGLE CAM. This type of cam is only equipped for rally cars.

Looks a Pikes Peak rally car

Sorry if I correct you, but it's "Pike's Peak Hill Climb Car".
There things change on a rally track. There if you could say "Pike's Peak Rally Car", since what it does is skid when in real life, the "Hill Climb Car" has the grip that not the spins that could cause.
Peugeot RCZ

Gran Turismo Sport (2017)
the silhouette reminds me of the R version, whose full name was RCZ-R.
Jaguar F-Type R Coupé

Gran Turismo Sport (2017)
The silhouette reminds me of the SVR version.
Another thing that does not let me sleep is that the street version has the steering wheel on the right and the speedometer measured in MPH. Which from the GT4 version (including also the GT3 version) the steering wheel changed its distribution: It is on the left side, and on the display, the speedometer is measured in km / h. Do you think it makes sense to have to change the layout of the dashboard to make it a racing version?
Different outside with a manual with the steering wheel on the right, since things change there. For example, on some classic cars, especially those made in the UK, the gearbox was located on the left side. To make a racing version, you had to change things on the dashboard without affecting the position of the steering wheel (the gearbox was on the right side touching the door although the steering wheel was on the right side).
BMW M3 GT2

Gran Turismo Sport (2017)
Although the aesthetics clearly say that it is an M3 GT2, there is something here that I do not understand. Within the game it is called M3 GT, instead of M3 GT2. Maybe it could be to not include this car within the group Gr.2 (GT2 in my style) that are those of the Japanese Super GT?
Aston Martin DBR9

Gran Turismo Sport (2017)
Why does this car clearly say that it is a GT1, instead of a GT3? Performance?
Audi TT RS VLN

Assetto Corsa (2014)
Here's something that doesn't fit me. The TT Cup is the third generation of the TT and is from 2015. Thing that the TT RS VLN is from the second generation and is from 2016, as the ventilation grille distinguishes it. The second-generation TT began production in 2007 and ended in 2014, and the third-generation, from 2014 onwards for now.
And my question is the following. How the hell can there be a second-gen TT when it actually ran out of production in 2014?

That's right : the correct name should be SCG P4/5 Competizione because Ferrari refused to endorse any tie with the american team for the races.

The S1 version of the Countach does not equip a spoiler.
Tatuus FA010

Assetto Corsa (2014)
Wasn't it made in Canada? Because the car itself was for the Italian Formula Abarth, but the bodybuilder Tatuus must be from Canada. So the car must be made in that country, instead of Italy.

Toyota Celica GT4

Gran Turismo 4 (2004)
This version of the Rally Celica ST185 from the 1995 Safari Rally, as the spare wheel was resting on the rear window. It is the same as in the Gravel video game.

Gran Turismo 4 (2004)
What I do not know is if within the game it is classified as an MG, or as a MINI, since MG and Rover belonged to the same group.
Renault 5 Turbo

Gran Turismo 4 (2004)
The sound of the engine within the game is the same sound as the one that equips the Suzuki Wagon only that they changed the limit RPM range to 8000.
Panoz Esperante GTR-1

Gran Turismo 4 (2004)
Powered by a Ford V8 engine. I would say that from the sound of the engine in the game it is the same as that of the GT40.
Mitsubishi Pajero

Gran Turismo 4 (2004)
I have the feeling that this car, in real life, used a diesel engine. Which the Pajero Evolution uses a gasoline engine.
Mitsubishi i

Gran Turismo 4 (2004)
What I don't know is if the prototype used a gasoline engine with a CVT gearbox. Thing that the production model is electric.
Mitsubishi Eclipse

Gran Turismo 4 (2004)
Well, for someone who was born in 2006 this car seems to be incorporated into an update, since it is already 2006.

Gran Turismo 5: Prologue (2007)
The first official electric car of the saga, since the Nike One does not count even if it is electric because Nike manufactures shoes and the car was an occasion. Citroën, officially, is the first manufacturer in the series to release the first electric car.
Olsbergs MSE RX Super Car Lite

DiRT Rally 2.0 (2019)
This car, seen from afar, appears to be a Concept Car from the front. For example, where the lights are usually, these stickers are not from the official Ford Fiesta by outline since they look quite similar. Another are the colors: the first is red, the one that occupies the entire body; the second, white, which occupies the vinyl on the front; and the third, beige, which is the vinyl where the headlights usually occupy. And that is why it reminds me a bit of a Concept Car even if it is a competition.

Yeah true. Since the GT2 version itches more than the GT3. But the price also counts, because you can also tell the difference.

A Dakar Rally car in the snow looks like something unique. And more, in a Rally game. I do not know if there was any edition of the Dakar Rally (both when it was held in Africa and in South America and not counting in the Middle East) that encountered a snowfall so large that the snow set in the desert.

This car is a bit weird when driving it because the handbrake on the right side ... And the gearbox on the left even being a single-seater, when single-seaters (regardless of where the seat is: right side, left side or centered) should ALWAYS have the gearbox on the right side.
