 Morris-Commercial 1-Ton Cities in Motion (2011) | From what I can gather this is actually a 1-Ton bus, dated as early as 1924. The Maurice Astor was one of the first buses produced in Britain, a direct descendant of the horse-drawn carriage. It's small, not very fast, and prone to breaking down a lot, but otherwise a well-rounded vehicle with passenger comfort in mind. The bus has easy-to-clean wooden seats and a special seat for the human conductor. Available from 1920 to 1945. | |
