 Volkswagen Crafter Euro Truck Simulator 2 (2012) | Before anyone says it is a dupe/mod car, it's not. This van actually did part out in the 1.44 update and it made an appearance in some pre-release screens, namely the new Vienna shots, and judging by the Russian plate and stickers, it was meant to be a new AI car for the ill-fated Heart of Russia DLC expansion (which was refrained after Russia attacked Ukraine). This van, apart from the window sills being glass and the fact that this is a passenger van, is largely identical to the existing Crafter that spawns everywhere. The only subtle difference is there are no SCS badging other than the wheelwells. This is about the closest we'll ever get to a Grand California. It also won't spawn anywhere outside of Russia.  Toyota Mega Cruiser True Crime: New York City (2005) | This proves my point that this is not a Mega Cruiser. Only the front is based on one and I think Luxoflux based it on a H1. More specifically, this IS a Hummer H1 wagon. Why? It's sold here unlike the Mega Cruiser (Japan-only for the latter) It's somewhat common, unlike the limited-production MC. And 3, H1 is only produced in LHD whilst the MegaCruiser is RHD. It's clearly meant to be a Hummer H1. | |
 Spark Odyssey 21 Forza Horizon 5 (2021) | Seems like they're paddin' out the list of Extreme-E cars. Might make sense as Series 10 is called "Horizon X". But in all fairness it's actually cool to see them. The Extreme-E offroaders are used in areas that have been battered by climate change. It's all ten of them (and they're all the same, probably because they only resourced one of them). Except they're all listed separately...  BMW 5 Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 (2021) | Before anyone says that this is a duplicate, please take note of the V6 DOHC that is used in this car, alongside its Roadster sibling, even though most BMWs use inline engines. Apart from engine differences it looks practically identical. | |

 RoboCop: Rogue City (2023) | Pictures are from the official trailer, and are currently placeholders. Lookin' forward to this rebuilt RoboCop game. The last one was that abysmal crap-storm game from 2003 and from what I know it'll be showing off RoboCop's prowess like his signature targeting system and his ability to curbstomp enemies. The legendary ED-209 makes an appearance here too. And the icing on the cake: Peter Weller, the actor of the iconic '80s Robocop films, is reprising his role once more again. If Teyon managed to make the Terminator games good again, then hopefully this one will do so. Unfortunately the real red flag is Nacon, and that's what worries me. No firetrucks in the UK as far as I know. But honestly the main issue is that the map there is old. I agree with the fact that the UK's representation in ETS2 is desperately in need of a complete rebuild. The main issue is that the game was in development since 2012 and back then there were only about 20 people at SCS. That meant limited technology, meaning no room for accessible settlements and had no option to make accurately-designed roads and having lanes that are not suitable for large trucks. Today the developer is 200 developers strong and growing, and they're working hard on not only the new map expansions (Sadly, Heart of Russia is suspended indefinitely) but also reworking the old maps, as they had done two months ago with Austria. But reworking the UK is a massive challenge even with a small team responsible with rebuilding the aforementioned Austria, and they've rebuilt Hannover which'll land on patch 1.45. I also plan on blueprints for the Benelux region and will ask SCS about it too - by any means necessary.  Isuzu NPR Euro Truck Simulator 2 (2012) | Honestly, SCS should limit where it spawns. Yes, I'm aware Turkey and Russia have these and they're popular there. But the problem is that this truck spawns in all parts of the game's world, especially locations where it's not sold or used there. My request is that a different cargo truck should replace the inaccurate vehicles that roam elsewhere, like this one above. I would disable it myself but that would be tampering with the game. In all my time playing ETS2 this truck keeps showing up many, many times, including places like Germany, the Benelux region, France, and, oddly, even the UK - places that this truck should never spawn. Couldn't an unlicensed EuroCargo rectify this? I hope the leaked GLS from ATS does not show up here, because that vehicle also is not sold in Europe (at least not, becuz of general distaste in massive SUVs). | |

But all in all I wish they had the LC 500 in the Carpass. I guess it'll be in a fate worse than paid shrills (read: Festival Playlist), and no, it's not on any expansion so far. The Grand Cherokee from ATS would have fit the Euro setting well considering Jeep has a large market share in Europe, just as America does. The Wrangler off the ATS game should also suffice considering they're sold there, as would the Compass. Conversely, I want to see the ETS2 Renegade to cross over into ATS' game world, seeing that the 'Gade is popular stateside as well due to its cuteish design and adventurous style and nature of it. And Italian-made. And would be a better fit instead of the out-of-place S-Max in ATS, which I plan to remove in future patches.
