I've been asking for a rule (and possible consequences/permabans) about it in the future, so that the true contributor's hard work doesn't get stolen and reposted (and they always get rejected). And anyone accountable for game contribution matters because if someone is intruding someone's shots, the admins and mods need to be responsible and punish the user/troll who stole the pics belonging to the contributor, just because he wanted the vehicle properly identified (there is an edit button, USE IT). This is why we need a new rule for the third section. I got the tip out of Fisico, after I saw, with my own two eyes, that chesty19 went on Imgur, printed a copy of Fisico's Monte Carlo replacement shot, and reposted it as a new vehicle entry in NASCAR SimRacing. And I've got the tip out of GamerFIB after he found out chesty19 stole images, as explained on why his pics's were deleted. TL;DR, Pic stealing is wrong and it can lead to consequences. Bet on it. No, they should be listed regardless. If they're part of the expansion, then they're allowed to be listed. There is no official rule about it (READ THE RULES) and it will not change. Same with the NFS Heat cop cars and MC3 Impala SS cop and taxis. Consider this - Nickolay27PM did a great job and just removing them is seriously dishonest, as he has spent all day making the Warlords of New York shots for IGCD. Which, IIRC, according to this site's rules, allows them to be individually listed, shouldn't they? I wish - but JFK said at the time, that a year ago there were so many that it made a mess, so they had to list only one type of body. They should focus on different types, only under BeamNG - Official. Same goes for liveries (only if they are found in the files).
