Visually, there's very little difference between this and the coupé because the roof is closed. You can still see some minor details such as the bolder white text on the tires and the shinier roof texture as well as the seam in the middle of the roof. As far as I'm concerned - if you've got one 600LT, you've got 'em both. And it costs $150 on its debut (or can be totally free with odds of practically 0% if you choose to gamble for it!)
FauziAbdillah06 wrote Bugatti Vision GT Removal compensations: 5000 Tokens 20 S-class direct upgrades 40 Wildcard - Legendary 500.000 Fusion coins That 500K in Fusion Coins is only 5% of what was needed to fully upgrade this car. It's beyond ridiculous
Comfortably Numb wrote Wait, Asphalt is still alive..? Somehow, yes! It celebrated its 10th Anniversary only a few months ago, but it's not quite the same as it used to be. Only veterans who've stuck with it from the early days, or whales with very deep pockets will find some kind of enjoyment in the game. I'm one of the former myself, and in my opinion, it's going downhill steadily
Hey @IGCD Admins, As of today [11-28-23] the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo has been phased out completely from Asphalt 8: Airborne. REASON GIVEN: Vehicle cut from the game due to licensing issues with the Vision Gran Turismo program. [2023 Halloween Update/v7.4.0] I don't have sufficient privileges to edit the page, so it would be most appreciated if you guys could. It's funny, and sad, how this car was the first entry that I introduced myself with on this repository. And now it's gone forever after just under 2 short years with us. RIP Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo - gone but not forgotten!
This looks more like something you'd take the kids to school and do your grocery shopping with than racing. But then again, I'm not an expert on racing cars or anything...
Ericwanted wrote First Sterrato It's a very nice looking car, and there is a free chance to drive it in the Reventon Roadster's Special Event. However, it is not obtainable from said Event and must be gambled for in its own Treasure Rush Event - or paid for with around $100-$250 in Dice Bundles. A painful shame, really -- Last edit: 2023-06-22 23:24:13
Cars in the RUF brand have been deleted from the game as of Update 62. Even for owners. Gone completely!

Daboi492 wrote Now gambling… they’ve done every tactic in the book Note that this is only the 3rd time they've featured this new gambling mechanic in the game. The first two were for the Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut and the Porsche 911 GT3 RS Year of the Rabbit Edition. It's a disgusting tactic, yes. But remember - this is Gameloft, and they can still sink much lower than that
Antti-san wrote Looks like the textures didn't load properly (yes, I know the real car looks just as bad). It's like they entrusted a rookie artist to unwrap the UWV textures. Or something. Ruins an otherwise decent retro-looking ride [in my opinion, anyways]
Fellow racers, BEHOLD! Introducing the very first car in the game that requires you to gamble. Yes, you read that right. GAMBLE your precious money for a chance at winning the Jesko Absolut [specifically, a 0.0173% or 1:6000 chance] in a board-game & roulette style mode designed to test your patience and bleed your wallet dry. Or, you can just drop $200 up-front to buy enough EXP to get the car straight. Just another FUN gameplay feature brought to you by the brightest minds at Gameloft! Oh gosh, what WILL they think of next?? - ShinnyShin
To the IGCD curator[s] RE: 'How to Unlock?' section edit I added the page for this bike based on the information that was available at the time, on Dec 1, 2022. However, events have changed rapidly. The Apache was withdrawn from all players' Garages less than 2 days after being released as a "free gift from the manufacturer, TVS Motor Company". Gameloft erroneously released the bike without first clearing the licensing and permissions to have it in the game and have stated this in-game via a resource compensation screen. They expect to re-release it at some point in future, but there's no indications of as to when this will happen. So for the time being, please accept the edits to the unlocking method and keep the page available as the Apache has simply been held back indefinitely and not deleted from the game. I will update any new details as soon as they are available and verified by Gameloft on their official channels. Many thanks, ShinnyShin
FYI, the image is courtesy of another player and friend by the name of 'AIR'DarthAsphalt (or FF Darth Asphalt). He bought the offer, and thanks to his generous contribution, we are able to actually view the car as it appears in the Garage, as it is otherwise inaccessible to players who haven't paid for it (myself included!) - ShinnyShin
MegaMack02 wrote This month events are faring more and more badly as more pay-to-win festivals are rising. The Ferrari Monza SP1’s Festival is the second pay-to-win festival this month so far. 2nd one this month, and the 3rd in general after the Lotus ER-9 and the Fordzilla P1. Word has it that the upcoming Aston Martin Vantage 2022 is also Premium-only, so we might have to chalk it up to 4...
This appears to be the very first "proper" De Tomaso P72 on the site - aside from the Lampadati Tigon in GTA V
Ford GT Fanboi wrote Would the model year be when it's actually revealed (2021) or whatever year the manufacturer advertises it as (2030)? The website alludes to the car as appearing in 2030, if I'm not mistaken. At the moment, it is referred to as a "design study"
Daboi492 wrote Dear mobile games: you don’t need to be first in getting every car under the sun… Probably already sorting the licensing for the new DeLorean… You know what's funny? The promo images for the upcoming Update 53 have been hinting at the DeLorean being added to the game, and although it's covered in a shadowy foreground it seems to be based on the 1981 variant. Although it's one of those cars that nobody asked for, the Perfect Nitro flames would be - well, perfect to see on this car, don't you think?
damianea103 wrote A bit late, but welcome ShinnyShin, nice to see you here It's never too late, @damianea103. Glad to join the IGCD community and be a part of something awesome!
MBR wrote Yeah I almost forget Citroen with the Crew 2, I honestly don’t care about the GT/Forza Rivalry, I hope they break that barrier and maybe future some of those VGT Cars, I liked some of them Yes, I think it would be nice to see more Vision GT cars across a wider variety of games
Speedevil wrote I don't know, but The Crew 2 also got the Citroën GT. Welcome to ShinnyShin! Thank you for the very warm welcome, it's a pleasure to meet you. As for MBR's question regarding Asphalt getting Vision GT cars, I'd imagine that has a lot to do with Gameloft cutting a special deal where licensing is concerned. One would think Vision GT licenses are not cheap even on a good day, but given the relationship that Gameloft seems to have with Bugatti presently (which is why we're seeing an influx of Bugatti vehicles in the game) it's possible that they were able to obtain rights from Vision Gran Turismo either through Bugatti or with their help/permission. I can't speak much for other games, but I'm guessing the exclusivity rights might be a lot to swallow for their developers. That's just my 2 cents
LRF Modding wrote You don't write "This is the electric variant of the Hussarya super" in Extra Info. Extra Info is for extra names. Like BMW M2 (Extra Info - Competition). Thanks for the kind reminder. I'm still pretty new here and learning the ropes!
This is my first submission here as an introduction. I'm ShinnyShin, an long-time Asphalt 8 veteran and occasional blogger/researcher. It's a pleasure to be here and to meet you all! |
