Considering where they are positioned on the hood, I think they are meant to be velocity stacks connected to the carburetors. Then they've put trumpets on top of them.

What are the requirements for a mobile game to be allowed?

Mobile games have three special requirements, one of which must be met to be allowed on the site. However games using stolen assets are not tolerated on this site and even if a game meets one or more requirements, if it uses stolen assets it will be removed from the site. These requirements are:

•The developer of the game or the game itself must have a professional website.
•The game must have 10,000,000 + downloads in the store of the system it is on.
•The game was created in conjunction with proper rights holders.

It should be noted that Mobile games also covers games released on Java, IOS and Android.

I'll think you will find Toby that alot of contributors on this site have the means to capture images for these games. Typically they will do games that are within their capabilities of doing.

If you cannot capture images within a game then maybe you should consider whether you should be contributing to that entry or not.

Ok...well unfortunately we do not allow entry images that are taken from youtube videos like that. We only allow them if a game has not released and they are promotional videos. Typically in those instances those images would be later replaced after the game itself has been released.

For now we cannot accept your images for Ridge Racer 7 howwever as the images have already been changed we will have to leave the Ridge Racer V entry images for now. Do note however that they will probably be replaced in the future.

Nah, this is a F-14 Tomcat. You can tell by the front air intakes, the gap in the engines and the wings being retracted like that. They move forward in flight but on the ground they are like that to save space on aircraft carriers...

Also it's called 'Top Fun' a subtle reference to the movie 'Top Gun' which featured the F-14 front and center.

Twisted Metal III (1998)
Entry completed. Twisted Metal 3 is usually regarded as the worst game in the series. Which yeah I can see why.

Also thanks to the Playstation Museum having access to an early build we know of 3 vehicles that were omitted from the game. A black sedan that was possibly repurposed into a custom car in Twisted Metal 4, an alternate version of Mr Grimm based more on a sports bike and lacking a side car like in Twisted Metal 1 and finally a US Postal Van (the only mail van ever seen in the series). Also it seems like San Francisco may of been a planned level before being cut.

Twisted Metal III (1998)
The final boss of the game that appears in the Blimp level. Like Darkside you can use it with a gameshark code. Also I believe this is based off a FAV dune buggy, just roided out.

But the game has lots of unused sprites of the bikes doing wheelies, and leaning. as anybody who has played knows, only two frames are used, Top and Side, and for some reason the different topdown one on superbike.

Depends how you define playable. The game is scripted and there is no option for a free drive. But some scenes take place in cars or on the bike and you somehow can stear it as a micro-game in the game.

If you can control it on some level than it's considered playable.
