You know thinking about I think it's meant to be a F430 Scuderia GT3:

Also it has testarossa style side mirrors like the f430 but positioned like the testa's.
Porsche 928

Pick Me Up (2019)
based on the shape and the way the headlights (if that is what those black dots are) angled, it looks to be more like a 928 Porsche.

Cadillac Series 62

Looks like a 1957 Chevy 210 but with a Cadillac Deville front bumper and side intake.

Looks more like a Lotus 38 than a 49.

Engine says Moto Guzzi, but not the body

Looks to be based off a BMW GS. I would say the GS safari enduro but that came out in 2014. So alternatively I think it could be based off this, a 2013 BMW F 800 GS dual sport:

There isn't a single Megane Trophy in this. I say MFG.

I actually agree with MBR. The back half defo looks to be based off the 2013+ Megane Trophy Race Car.

Look at the rear fenders in relation to the rear shape.

As for the front...the headlights seem to be inspired by the 2013 Cilo headlights, the front bumper is probably fictional.

I don't actually agree with you though. Did you read Silnev's comment?

If TGF said that, then let Silnev do so, just to spare time and money*.

*Yeah, yeah, we know all the updates in GT Sport are free, so no harm, no foul.

They might be free but they still take time and money to get certain cars. Why do you think all the 10 mil + cars still have entries that depict a single photo usually taken from a loading screen?

Well yeah. But I had some reservations of listing it as an Alfa Romeo 75 since it's not a 4 door.

Also in the intro video you can briefly see the front and it shares the same front as this entry: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=191097

So I guess that makes this an Alfa as well.

It does seem to be based off Mad Manga. Funny enough Mad Manga got a retool called Track Manga in 2018 that had no roof like this entry.

Do you mean the 5th Gen of Civic? Because EG is only used in hatchbacks from this generation, and EJ is used in 5th and 6th Gen coupé versions

EDIT: The Civic Ferio is also an EG, but the rest has other chassis codes

Obviously, what part of "early 90s" is hard to get?

One of these in case early 90s is not specific enough:

There's a late 90s ek civic coupe in the game that has a much different front design compared to this one.

On another subject: Does the car get rally mods or liveries? This car itself resembles the Impreza car known for rally mods, so it'd make sense for the vehicle to have a wealth of the modifications.
Anyone?

It doesn't have much in the way of rally mods since the Sultan RS has all the rally mods. It's more of a tribute to the Sultan from San Andreas and it's pure tuner nature. It does however have a wrx inspired livery but apart from that not much.

超次元大戦 ネプテュ&# (2015)
I don't know what the context is here but there is no way this is a Honda VFR from the 90s. This looks a lot modern, like a 2015 Kawasaki Versys but with a custom headlight.
