mr.mopar69 wrote I fail to see the Dodge Charger in this. It's ALOT closer to a 1969 Ford Torino. I agree on it on it not being a Charger...but this is actually based off of the Scorpion, which makes it a 1970 Buick Skylark, not the ultra rare GS or GSX though. You'd have to be insane to wreck a car that only sold 678 units. Let alone put scrap metal all over it So make it a 1970 Buick Skylark.
The paint scheme plus the number design is actually a refrence to this NASCAR. Sponsored By Pork! I guess the joke is that the Splitter represents ARCA, since it's a car that's been thrown around a few times like the ARCA cars
AutoTracker wrote I see a mix of several different American classic cars, including Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe for the rear, Corvette C3 for the side profile, some Shelby Series 1 hints, and random Porsche 911 996 headlights. I'd say MFG on this one. No, it has to be something.
victorvance wrote Judging by the front it is very close, yes. Even better, what about that Shelby Daytona Concept that was in Test Drive Unlimited, the Ford GR-1?
AutoTracker wrote Some sort of Chevy pickup... I think looks like a 1976 Ford F-Series, overall, not a Chevy K/C.
1920-something Ford, maybe a Model A?
AutoTracker wrote Not sure. Front end seems to be IS, but the rear is throwing me off... and the XE10 IS (also known as the Toyota Altezza in Japan) was never sold as a coupe, even though the Sultan RS in GTA IV is listed as one. What about a 2007 Lexus IS300?
The squatting dog. www.youtube.com/watch?v=V6-9jTTwEIQ (a.k.a. the Chrysler Crossfire) -- Last edit: 2016-04-20 21:29:52
Holy hell, this is my dad's first car. Never would have expected Chrysler to remember the 70's cars in the mid-2000's.
carcrasher88 wrote Looks like a hybrid of a Chevrolet 3100 (Task Force series) and a Chevrolet SSR to me. +1
Shelby Series One? | ||
Lexus IS200? | ||
I'd say a Ford F-150. | ||
This reminds me of a Porsche.
Even though that front end is from a 1969 Coronet, this cannot be a Coronet. This looks too much like a slab sided luxury car with that body. I'd have to say it's a '67 Chrysler 300 convertible. www.chrysler300site.com/images/67hardtop3.jpg i.imgur.com/Leup2Jf.png By the way, here's the Coronet for comparison. The Coronet was basically the same thing as a Charger, "Coke-bottle body" and all that with a few different details. i.imgur.com/XHzoiAr.png -- Last edit: 2016-04-20 20:55:08
I think this looks like the result of someone taking a Honda N360 and making it a notchback.
Burn Rubber wrote MEH 2TOO! My favorite NFS games ever... Not to mention the characters were great, Story, gameplay, Why was there not a 3'd one!? But I love how the first thing you think of is that rap song. First thing I hear when I see that Skyline. Strangely it somehow became a thing that everyone sang in the 5th grade
TO THE WINDOOOOOOW TO THE WALL! I miss Underground
Burn Rubber wrote Pinto? Does the Sierra count? I'm not a muscle car person... Not a Ford Sierra Cosworth. Do you mean a GMC Sierra? That's a bit of a stretch.
huehuehuehuehue I drive a smord
Screw this! Europeans had it so much better.
I remember my sister downloading these...I thought these were third party mods
modthesims.info/d/324352 Dosen't match the game's graphics, but look!
Burn Rubber wrote Well of course they had to add a large-ish amount of supercars like always and leave out the US Muscle cars. Hey, they can take a look at my dad's 1979 Dodge Magnum GT anytime! Put that in a freaking game! Cosworth Vega! Nova! Camaro! Chevelle! Charger! Ventura! Pinto! -- Last edit: 2016-04-20 03:09:40
Burn Rubber wrote Beezlebub? What a name! How to obtain it : Can be purchased from the Growth Board. O_O That does not sound right.
Burn Rubber wrote Im conflicted. I love the F40, But I don't want so many supercars in the game. More muscle cars
Jeremy Clarkson bought a really badly treated Jalpa in an episode of Top Gear too.
enzo96 wrote To me, this looks kinda like a lotus Esprit, don't see much mr2 in this 1999 Esprit.
schaefft wrote As Mark VIII owner, I couldn't agree more. You have a Mark VIII in GERMANY? I admire that. I bet it's pretty rare where you live.
That's how you do product placement!
Silk Cut adverts replaced with lines and dashes, a Gran Turismo tradition.
Currently resides at a garage owned by Roush Racing in Michigan. I actually got to see it. I think it's the one with the engine in it.
Suprised they actually made an interior for it

Maybe a Noble? | ||
Dear god. Clio NSX? Seriously? Yeah. What's next, the LeCar Cedric?
Someone took this from stanburdman's review of this game.
Looks like a Toyota Supra.
J-2 wrote That's probably the best Top Gear reference i've seen in a while
The back reminds me of the Stainer from GTA IV and V.
I love the wheel they chose for this. I think those are from the real thing.
JFK wrote Year ago or so there was page for every model and the page looked like a mess. So some users agreed that we will list only one variant of each car, unless the model is really different (Gavril D-Series for instance). Okay, thanks. Also, it should be now changed to just 1969 Ford Torino. The front end had a little more overhang on the Talladega.
I've only seen one Corona in real life, and it was in a museum. It had some "paint bubbling" on it, probably because it's in Michigan. They love to dump a metric ton of salt on the road when they see a snowflake, it's a tradition to keep out the non-american cars.
JFK wrote Looks awesome! I'm suprised someone made one of these for a videogame. I hope to see more games have these type of cars
I don't remember the USPS ever using a Chevrolet Step Van for normal use, but I guess so since the dimensions are correct for that kind of van.
Can't we have a second page for the other model?
Grumman LLV. | ||
Well. Screenshots as big as mine are worth nothin' to this page, that hasn't aged well with good ol' father time. In other words, it wouldn't accept my screenshots because they were "too big." This is how the journey ended. And this is what it looked like before the race started. -- Last edit: 2016-04-20 00:05:44
