Looks like a Pontiac Banshee

I do not know which MARK of Banshee you're talking about. There are 4 marks according to the Wikipedia.

The Chiron is way too new for this game

You're correct there. This chassis was uploaded to the game in 2015; however, the Bugatti Chiron was uploaded to reality in 2016. Any vehicle that may look like the P-Wing LATER than April 23, 2015, won't help here.

From the looks of the vehicle, it got a tailfin, a black "windshield," smooth hood, "jet-engine" grill, no side mirrors, and a paintjob of blue and yellow. Looks like a 1950s F1 car that almost got combined with features of a plane.

!949 Kaiser Deluxe?

I am not sure, but it lacks fins on the back. The front got two headlights total with about 3 lines on the bumper and a similar bottom body of the kart. Side mirrors are almost identical; however, the hood's emblem looks different than the ones I see on Google.

Reminds me of a Ferrari 512M with modifcations.
Note: I meant the 1970s racing car, not the one from the 90s.

Might be possible that it's a Porsche racing car. Super Mario Wiki claims it. By model, it could be a 917/10 Can-am Prototype or Spyder. Prototype might be the "exact" model for this vehicle, including the other variants.

According to the Super Mario Wiki, it's shaped like a 70s Porsche 917/10 race car. Due to the lack of windshield and other features, it may be possible this Porsche matches the vehicle in-game. From my findings, it might be either a Spyder or Prototype. If people are replying here, I'm guessing they'll choose the latter.

Nobody talked about this model, but I think that the vehicle would be taking place in the FIRST half of the 20th century. According to the Super Mario Wiki, it says it's like a vintage roadster. When I saw "vintage" in the page, I am sure that anything not in this century and way before the second half of the 20th century doesn't match this vehicle.

I think to find the model of the vehicle, we must SUBTRACT parts of the vehicle. Because this is the chassis, we subtract the glider and wheels. Due to the name and appearance, we must subtract ALL cat-like features of the feature. With the chassis lacking cat features, we must find out what model compares to this. According to the Super Mario Wiki, it claims it's resembling somewhat a Volkswagen New Beetle, though it may be something else.

According to the Super Mario Wiki, it says it's a reminiscent of the blue and yellow OSCA Tipo G 4500, sported with a yellow racing stripe and tailfin; however, THIS VEHICLE'S SEAT IN GAME IS LOCATED SOMEWHERE IN THE CENTER OF THE VEHICLE!

I think this is a vehicle from MK8. Because this is just a return of the vehicle, much of this discussion will have to take place in IGCD's MK8 section. THIS ALSO INCLUDES OTHER VARIANTS FOR THE BADWAGON!

looks a lot like a cadillac series 62 with a huge boombox onto the trunk

I think you have a point. I see fins on the back, no car roof, the front that forms a face, etc. With the off-road tires, it makes it look like a Cadillac Series 62, but we don't know what year is it for this model.
