Doesn't bear a hint of that car, but what we see can draw 2 options:
1. Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Volante

Or
2. Aston Martin DBR22

Asphalt 8: Airborne (2013)

I think this cut vehicle doesn't had a model in A8 files, looks impossible add this vehicle on the page. A8 its only able to mod in the early versions from 2013-2014 that doesn't had encrypted data files.

In the game files in a folder entitled “Collisions”, there are four files named "lamborghini_reventon.shapedefx", "lamborghini_reventon_box.shapedefx", "lamborghini_reventonai.shapedefx", and "lamborghini_reventonsmallcapsules.shapedefx", suggesting the Lamborghini Reventon being a scrapped car. The Asphalt Fandom Wiki re-interprets and paraphrases on this by the following (direct) quote:

“The Lamborghini Reventón does not appear in the game, having been replaced by the Lamborghini Veneno (which in turn is a derivative of the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4). Despite this, the Reventón can still be found in the game's data files. Judging from its real-world specs (221 mph top speed, 0-60 mph in 3.2 seconds), the Reventón would have been either a high Class A or a low Class S car.”

Asphalt 9: Legends (2018)
Did you know: Asphalt 9: Legends was originally going to be called Asphalt 9: Shockwave, and was also going to use NFS playback. Well, Gameloft had to ditch that name along with the NFS playback and replace “Shockwave” with “Legends” and use their own NFS-like graphics for unknown reasons, but possibly due to issues with EA. See this dev image for proof.

The Image was found on Reddit and appears to have also been in official news imo

Are vehicles licensed in this game? Or is another mobile game that stole cars from other games by removing their logo and put them a uncreative-random fictional name like some parking / driving simulators?

Some vehicles are licensed, and are placed as the actual cars. However, the other cars are custom made. So no. They license cars. They don’t steal from other games by removing their logo and put them a uncreative-random fictional name.
