 Ford Transit Polizei (2011) | @Desscythe17 You are correct, even in Wikipedia for example, the Mondeo has 4 gens but as carknower says, they have next to the main gens the UK gen (MK.4 /M.5 for example) so basicaly we have to choose between the EU or the UK system. Even though the Transit has deep UK roots, I'm not sure about listing each facelift as a gen, where we should make the cut? Almost all cars are listed on real differences between model years, and so far the Transit and the Mondeo would be on the UK system, but since they are sold worldwide...long story short. It's a mess. So what do we do? At least for Transits. 4 gens, or 8 gens? | |

Almost no one doubts the Mk.1 Transit was every one from 1965 to 1986 right? That's a lot of years. _(01)_-AC1-.jpg){kind=spacer}  So...why some people believe these two are completely different gens?   Or these two?   The Mk.4 is the current Transit. Yes, Ford Spain said it's the Mk.5 because of one of the Mk.1 model year being considered a different one, just like what happened with the 2000 Seat Ibiza (many considered it a new gen, but it was simply a very deep restyling of the 1993 one) We could debate if there are 4 or 5 gens, but 7? Even the door handle is now like a SLC/SLK (The Sims 3 car has the handle like an SLR, including the side windows, rear...) The front remains close to the Sims 3 car, (even that has been modifies a bit) but just like real Mercedes looks very much the same between each other. | |

 Morgan 3 Wheeler Forza Horizon 3 (2016) | TBH, the only thing in common between all of them is the number of wheels. Not even where the single wheel sits is common along all cars. In fact the Isetta in the game is the 4 wheel version, the rear wheels sit very close between each other, but it still remains a four wheeled car. I expect the Polaris Slingshot to appear one day and make some more close competition to this concept, since the Reliant...well, it's only good for fun and rollovering. | |
