TunedRicer wrote Even though it’s a mix between the 240Z and the 2000GT, I personally think it’s a 240Z judging by the surname. The car is still made by Karin which is GTA's Toyota, so we're back to square one.
Really? Cannonball Countach? lol
Speedevil wrote The new NSX is entirely built by Acura in the US, but it's still a Honda. Maybe it should be listed as an Acura though, because Volition is an American studio. The game takes place in Seoul though, which was why I went with Honda. Unless Acura is more prominent in there. -- Last edit: 2017-08-21 01:20:45
Speedevil wrote Origin: US Was not aware and that makes this being Hollywood's personal car make more sense (although if its a US car, would make it an Acura instead Honda huh?).
Oni's personal Torch, modified with typical Japanese tuner style. I see some sort of TommyKaira with this.
Can an admin remove the bottom picture please? I uploaded the one for Shuttler instead by mistake.
This model looks like its stolen from E-Racer; that game has a Supra S80 with flip-up headlights.
speedfreak975 wrote is the game any gd ? To quote a streamer who also played the game, "Just because I like the game doesn't mean you'll like it." It's fun, I like the variety in characters, weapons, mods, abilities. But if you're sensitive about repetitiveness, after a while the game can go into that stage. But I'm not complaining, I enjoy it plenty to be bothered by that. -- Last edit: 2017-08-20 10:20:15
The closest thing to a Peacemaker in this game.
Hollywood's personal car, in Sain- I mean, MAYHEM purple.
While civilian cars are slow pretty much all the time, this one is actually kinda speedy. Still no match for the Agent vehicles though. I also think Audi TT. But I could also be thinking for various Asian cars that has a similar shape. That front bumper makes me think of Kia as well. :P -- Last edit: 2017-08-19 15:39:39
Speedevil wrote Yeti is actually Oleg? That makes sense, I thought he was another character and they just didn't realize they were extremely similar. Same guy, same voice. In this timeline, he volunteered for a Russian super solider program. Think Captain America but Russian and ice powers.
The Pulse remains a three-wheeler, but no longer a 3-wheeled bike, of sorts.
Formerly a 4-door sedan based on a Mitsubishi Lancer, the Neuron is now a sleek sports car, possibly also of Japanese origin. I personally pictured this based on the Toyota FT-1 concept car looking at the car's proportions. Alternately, I could also see Mazda RX-Vision, both cars have long front halves. I'm leaning towards the former. -- Last edit: 2017-08-19 15:16:42
I thought this vehicle has no SR counterpart like the Scorpion, but I remembered STAG's armoured trucks, the N-Forcer. Maybe close enough?
Gives the name more meaning as well; this is Yeti's (Oleg Kirrlov) preferred vehicle, description describes this truck's ability to drive through Siberian winters like nothing. -- Last edit: 2017-08-19 15:09:45
Still a hatchback, Mockingbird also still has a feisty tuner engine; all other cars has a variation of a revving V8 (excluding the Pulse).
The Torch in this universe is now a mid-engined sports car.
In-game name: Manufacturer: Texcon Motor Company, Model: EMC2
Presumably named after one of the songs done by the music composer Hugh Myrone, played during the first demo. The music video features all kinds of snippets of the original BMW 8 Series E31 though, but since we already have a BMW M1... Edit: In-game name may be wrong. Not sure where the source for the name came from but Twitter previews show this car's name is "Majestic". -- Last edit: 2017-02-28 09:53:12
buka wrote because Hillman Hunter Awesome, I knew there was something else.
I dunno why, but with the new Military skin in the new DLC, this car has a English flag instead of an Iranian flag. -- Last edit: 2015-02-21 19:20:02
The car has a front of an Evo X and a rear of a modern Camaro, but if you can look past those, it has the body of a R34 Skyline, similar to how the Fordiac Bandit is actually a Falcon in shape and not a Firebird because of its bumpers. Plus, the Kaiju's description makes a reference to 2Fast 2Furious when it mentioned "EMP harpoon", the weapon that disabled Brian's Skyline from the movie. (R.i.P. Paul Walker)
Well that's one way to bring a car from GTA IV to GTA V.
I suppose the Mercedes G-Class does not cut it?
I could have gone for Lambo Sesto Elemento but I can go for MFG as well.
I go for Hummer HX | ||
Interesting that this actually exists in real life.
Fun fact: I played this game and apparently, this has a bodykit that makes it look like the Carson GT Concept from Burnout Paradise.
Found it, 04' Chevrolet Aveo (or what other name) images.gtcarlot.com/pictures/25010985.jpg Profile matches.
Am I the only one who remembers that TopGear moment where Clarkson showed his idea of what the Evoque Convertible would look like using a picture of a normal hardtop Evoque and a pair of scissors?
Definitely a Diablo. Shame about the lack of bumpers but I suppose it helps for off-roading. -- Last edit: 2014-08-04 17:34:51
I just think Suzuki Jimmy.
I thought Nissan Navara. (First guess)
Polo or one of those Chevy compact cars.
Chevelle sounds right.
Round dual-tailights like a Ferrari. I'll call it MFG.
Rear taillights taken from a 3rd gen. Impreza WRX (at least from what I remember, I used to play this game until I deleted it because lack of memory space.)
I'll just say MFG cause' I thought it was a generic monster truck
Looks more like a roofless Mastretta MXT to me. Edit: Ok, maybe not as much as I thought... -- Last edit: 2014-07-15 17:17:39
As much as I love having the new NSX in the game (and I love it a whole lot), it would be just as cool if it would be a "Karin Jester" and be based on the GT86 or, if we're sticking to the concept car motif, the Toyota FT-1. Plus, it would confuse a few since back in SA, the NSX was the Infernus. But it would be a funny background story if Dinka look at Pegassi's old car designs, modernise them to their own style and bought the rights of the Jester name from Karin, hence the new reincarnation of the Jester. -- Last edit: 2014-03-09 09:57:24
civic_eg6_94 wrote ...when I tried to save the Swindle (which is available at "Brotherhood" loyalty quest) it can be saved and modified into civilian version. Just played the game. The only difference between the Brotherhood Swindle and the Samedi Stiletto is that the Swindle was driven by a gang member. On the other hand, the Stiletto was just parked, never driven by gang members. Damn shame, would make a nice addition to my collection.
The shape reminds me of Roman's Taxi from GTA IV, which in turn is based on the Esperanto. Is the Esperanto even available in this game?
No Mad Max thought? | ||
Can a mod fix my typo, its "Killrod" without an 'f'.
It was fine when it was still orange with black stripes and perfect rims from the trailer...
Rose's GT2 from Undercover, just so happens to have driven into a gas station for a different paintjob. (I like the idea, giving them different vinyl paintjobs as they're not stock, like the M3 GTR.) -- Last edit: 2013-02-27 07:41:01
Its a first that the classic Charger in a NFS game isn't a 1969. :P -- Last edit: 2013-02-27 07:37:48
Should be obvious its another Bond car, seeing next to the classic DB5. (Quantum of Solace) -- Last edit: 2013-02-27 07:36:43
They still got the side exhausts right. |
