Honestly this looks more like the Subaru GT Vision than the Mazda RX Vision.

Formerly a 4-door sedan based on a Mitsubishi Lancer, the Neuron is now a sleek sports car, possibly also of Japanese origin.

I personally pictured this based on the Toyota FT-1 concept car looking at the car's proportions. Alternately, I could also see Mazda RX-Vision, both cars have long front halves. I'm leaning towards the former.
