These are actually two separate vehicles; the streetcars in Little Rock are 2003 Birney Replicas built by Gomaco, the one in Fort Smith is a historic 1926 Birney Safety Car built by American Car Company.
I think this is a UAZ Hunter, as the modern 'floating roof' styling seems to give it away.

Released; patch number is 1.37.1.1
This replaces the Bradley from the original game, as the LAV is a more realistic choice for US Marines.
For a bit of context, Update 1.36 replaces a lot of agricultural & construction vehicle cargo in both ATS and ETS2, possibly due to legal reasons, but also maybe just to make the cargo look a lot cleaner and more consistent. This is the new Crawler Tractor (the previous one for comparison). -- Last edit: 2020-02-09 17:27:34

Fun easter egg: the garbage truck variant features this handy warning sticker on the rear: i.imgur.com/xpLpVfhh.jpg -- Last edit: 2020-02-01 15:29:22 (Klumb3r)
This was finally added to the game proper in Patch 1.36
I apologise for the location mix-up. Thank you for all the new photos, they look great!
As a bit more info, this only spawns in Istanbul as part of the Metrobüs system.
Thanks for your work! | ||
As a note, the Logan police car does not replace the Sandero; the latter still spawns, though (in my limited and unrepresentative playtime) the Logan does feel a little more common.

American Truck Simulator (2016) | The 1.36 Update overhauls police vehicles quite a lot: all models now have a standardised generic version, and the specific vehicles different departments use have been updated. The same update also improved licence plates so that they differ between passenger vehicles, trucks, trailers and police. I'll try to fill in some blanks.
Dimi3 wrote Where can you find this? I found this one in Lithuania; I assume it will only spawn in Russia and the Baltic region.
A carry-over from American Truck Simulator; these can be spotted driving around a race course just north of Burgas.
This I believe completely replaces the BMW 5 that the Dutch police previously drove in this game, though I'm not certain on that. -- Last edit: 2019-12-07 20:48:41
I think the front end takes from the new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
Honda Civic FK-8? | ||
Just want to point out that the black text on the license plate in this image seems to be a visual glitch that occasionally happens. In most circumstances in-game the correct white text on blue is shown instead.
It looks like a 2nd gen Renault Master. Notice the shape of the head and taillight fittings. -- Last edit: 2018-09-06 02:50:15
As of Update 1.31, there's also an Albuquerque variant. |
