Looks like these cars got cut sometime in development, however the screenshots got reused as promotional images, altrough thats just my guess.

Nope, At least the only ones that have ever existed (if any) would be custom made.
Maybe he means the RamCharger pickup, Not that this looks anything like that at all.
I would say it is more of a Toyota trophy truck personally other than that grill texture.
