It's the only car in the game to share it's name with another car (but not on the same platform since the PSP version lacks the Santiago Tornado). Also this car in general seems to be a bit busted compared to other cars. The FOV when driving it is weirdly placed compared to the other pickups and it has those tiny wheels.
