Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-22 20:32 | Between the GRMN version and this one, the silhouette becomes the same only it changes something. Although the distribution of the steering wheel changes between the two versions, the type of dashboard, even if it was analog, in the GRMN version, the numbers are smaller and with more lines, which was not the case in the normal version and not counting the version Limited. The dashboard is taken from a normal 86 GT.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-22 20:29 | Between the GT4 version and this one, the silhouette is the same only that the type of gearbox changes. The GT4 version equips a sequential gearbox with two cams on the steering wheel, which the Time Attack version has a gearbox, also sequential, but with a SINGLE CAM. This type of cam is only equipped for rally cars.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-22 20:27 | Attacker1997 wrote Looks a Pikes Peak rally car Sorry if I correct you, but it's "Pike's Peak Hill Climb Car". There things change on a rally track. There if you could say "Pike's Peak Rally Car", since what it does is skid when in real life, the "Hill Climb Car" has the grip that not the spins that could cause.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-22 20:25 | the silhouette reminds me of the R version, whose full name was RCZ-R.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-22 20:24 | The silhouette reminds me of the SVR version. Another thing that does not let me sleep is that the street version has the steering wheel on the right and the speedometer measured in MPH. Which from the GT4 version (including also the GT3 version) the steering wheel changed its distribution: It is on the left side, and on the display, the speedometer is measured in km / h. Do you think it makes sense to have to change the layout of the dashboard to make it a racing version? Different outside with a manual with the steering wheel on the right, since things change there. For example, on some classic cars, especially those made in the UK, the gearbox was located on the left side. To make a racing version, you had to change things on the dashboard without affecting the position of the steering wheel (the gearbox was on the right side touching the door although the steering wheel was on the right side).
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-22 20:18 | Although the aesthetics clearly say that it is an M3 GT2, there is something here that I do not understand. Within the game it is called M3 GT, instead of M3 GT2. Maybe it could be to not include this car within the group Gr.2 (GT2 in my style) that are those of the Japanese Super GT?
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-22 20:16 | Why does this car clearly say that it is a GT1, instead of a GT3? Performance?

Still having the speedometer, even if it was analog, limited to 180 km / h, when those who dominated the most were those who They had 5-speed gearboxes like the Mitsubishi Evo, The Subaru Impreza, the Honda NSX, the Toyota AE86, among others.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-17 15:36 | The Japanese sports cars with MR configuration were not very well received in my view. First it started with the Toyota MR-2, then the Acura NSX, and then the Autozam AZ-1.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-17 15:34 | Which came first: The Porsche 356 uses the VW 4-cylinder boxer engine from the Beetle, or did Porsche design a 4-cylinder boxer engine for the Beetle? It will seem confusing, but it is a question that I have not known for a long time which of the two was the first, since both the 356 and the Beetle, and even the T1, share the same parts apart from the engine: Headlights, bumpers, etc.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-17 15:31 | Powered by a Mercedes-AMG V12 engine, just like the Zonda R, but with a different part number.

Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-17 15:28 | Released for the US market when the speedometer goes in MPH. Powered by a Ford V8 engine, probably borrowed from the GT40, as both the GT40 and the De Tomaso Pantera carry the 5-speed gearbox.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-17 15:26 | Unlike the version that appears in the DiRT saga, this car does not have the turbo indicator where the oil pressure indicator usually is now. I do not know if it is a late version of the car, or is that the DiRT version carries EVERYTHING. ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING: Light indicator in case of approaching RPM's limit, 7-digit display to know what gear ratio you are in, among other things that I find a bit chunky within this saga, but that are quite cool.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-17 15:24 | And as if that were not enough, the gearbox is a bit strange, since the lever, seen from the dash cam, seems to be an H gearbox. But it turns out that as you change gears, even if it seems lie, DO NOT LOWER THE LEVER. I do not know if the gearbox is for touches as it happened in the first Citroën 2CV, or in the steering column as it happened with the first Fiat Ducato or the first Renault 4L.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-17 15:20 | Unlike the Abarth 500, which already equips a 5-SPEED MANUAL BOX, the modern Fiat 500 has an error going to the game settings, and at the same time from the dash cam. It turns out that this car equips a SEMI-AUTOMATIC 5-SPEED BOX. It would be different with the Toyota Tundra, which when it was launched the gearbox was configured to be MANUAL, and in the next update they reconfigured it to be AUTOMATIC. For now with this car nothing has been modified about that, since it has to be paused every time you change gear (In transmission mode within the game in Manual) ... To know if in a few months it will end up solving this problem, as the GR Yaris update was recently released ... and they didn't bother to fix that.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-17 15:12 | The only car in the game with an automatic transmission that detects the driver when he has reversed. Nothing comparable to the Mercedes A 45, the Lexus RC F, the GT by Citroen, the Tesla Model S, the Porsche Taycan and the BMW i3, which just by putting reverse gear does not change the selector box.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-17 15:10 | When you reverse, on the display, where the digital clock is, a window pops up, which is the parking sensor. Yes. Nothing functional, since if I approach a wall by reversing the sensors from the screen do not work.
Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-11-17 15:09 | When you reverse, a red light comes on from the dash cam.

Auto-Friki photo_librarymode_comment 2020-10-11 00:45 | What I don't understand is one thing. As of Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, the MINI brand catalogs it within the game that it is of German nationality. But the brand is currently owned by the BMW-MINI group, so what I don't quite understand is why the car is of English nationality even though the car itself in the game says that it is of German nationality.

2020-07-22 22:47 | Well, looks like what I said about the new, cuter Fit's availability was right. Honda has killed off the current Fit, and we're NOT getting the new model that debuted in October last year. And the cause? Pitfallen subcompact sales. My god... Why do some interesting cars and wagons deny us availability in the U.S.? Is it because of emissions? And tbh the Fit itself wasn't a bad car to begin with, seeing that it was a great hatchback. The newest one could've made it a better alternative to SUVs, and we lost the chance to see it. -- Last edit: 2020-07-22 22:50:17
